Ի՞նչ է սպասվում Ստամբուլում. Էրդողանը կհանդիպի Միրզոյանին

Ստամբուլում այսօր կայանալու է «3+3» տարածաշրջանային խորհրդակցական հարթակի երրորդ հանդիպումը։ «3+3»-ը ղարաբաղյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Թուրքիայի նախաձեռնած և Ռուսաստանի աջակցությունը ստացած տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության ձևաչափ է։ Այն ենթադրում է հարավկովկասյան երեք երկրների՝ Վրաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես նաև` տարածաշրջանի երեք տերությունների՝ Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Իրանի մասնակցությունը։ Հանդիպմանը կմասնակցեն Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի և Իրանի արտգործնախարարներ Արարատ Միրզոյանը, Սերգեյ Լավրովը, Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը, Հաքան Ֆիդանն ու Աբբաս Արաղչին։ Վրաստանը, ինչպես միշտ, հրաժարվել է մասնակցել հարթակի աշխատանքներին։ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից հայտնել են, թե Միրզոյանը Ստամբուլում նաև երկկողմ հանդիպումներ կունենա, բայց չեն նշում, թե ում հետ: Փոխարենը թուրքական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են, որ Միրզոյանը և մյուս ԱԳ նախարարները հանդիպելու են Էրդողանին, իսկ Միրզոյանը նաև առանձին հանդիպում կունենա Հաքան Ֆիդանի հետ։
Թուրքիայի նախագահի գրասենյակից նշել են, որ Էրդողանի և Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Իրանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը կկայանա այսօր երեկոյան և փակ կլինի լրատվամիջոցների համար։ «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին Թուրքիայի դիվանագիտական աղբյուրը հայտնել է, թե ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպմանը Հաքան Ֆիդանն իր ելույթում կընդգծի Անկարայի աջակցությունը Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման գործընթացին, կհայտարարի, որ Անկարայի ջանքերն ուղղված են Կովկասում խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատմանը։ «Ըստ ամենայնի, շեշտը կդրվի այն փաստի վրա, որ տարածաշրջանային պատասխանատվությունը խնդիրների լուծման ամենաարդյունավետ մեթոդն է: Նախարարը կընդգծի, որ Թուրքիան աջակցում է գործընթացին, որին զուգահեռ ընթանում է նաև Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը», - ասել Է գործակալության զրուցակիցը։ Դե իսկ ՀՀ իշխանություններին նվաստացման հերթական արարն է սպասվում, այս անգամ` արտգործնախարարի մակարդակով։
