SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջին մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում Լոռու մարզում սնկի նման աճել են անձնական ունեցվածքի գողության դեպքերը, իսկ Վանաձորում գողերը ոտնձգություն են կատարել նաև մանկապարտեզների նկատմամբ։


Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հոկտեմբերի 14-ին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն է ահազանգել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ 52-ամյա Գայանե Սարգսյանը և հայտնել, որ թիվ 33 մանկապարտեզից գողություն է կատարվել։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանն ու ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնի պետ Արսեն Աղումյանը։

Տեղում Գ. Սարգսյանը ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք հոկտեմբերի 11-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 14-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, տեխնիկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ, Տաշիրի խճուղում գործող թիվ 33 մանկապարտեզի մուտքի և իր աշխատասենյակ դռները բացելու միջոցով մտել են ներս և այնտեղից հափշտակել գումար, ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ և մեծ քանակի 500-դրամանոց մետաղադրամներ։

Ահազանգով դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության խումբը։

Դեպքի փաստով Լոռու մարզի քննչական վարչությունում «անձնական ունեցվածքի գողություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Մինչ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները ձեռնարկում էին անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի կամ անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու համար, հոկտեմբերի 17-ին ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժին է ահազանգում Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Արմենուհի Մարկոսյանը և հայտնում, որ հոկտեմբերի 16-ից 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք Տարոն 2 ՔՇՀ 3 հասցեում գտնվող թիվ 40 մանկապարտեզի մուտքի դուռը լինգով բացել, մտել են ներս և միջանցքից գողացել «Մուռինո» տեսակի ջեռուցման կաթսա։

Նշված վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանները ու քննիչները և այս գողության փաստով նույնպես Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանություն դիմած Ա. Մարկոսյանը Վանաձորի թիվ 40 մանկապարտեզի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարն է, իսկ Գ. Սարգսյանը՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի թիվ 33 մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ մի քանի մանկապարտեզներում նույնպես տեղի են ունեցել գողության դեպքեր, սակայն այդ մասին մանկապարտեզի աշխատակազմից հրաժարվել են հայտնել ոստիկանություն՝ պատճառաբանելով՝ «մեկ ա չեն գտնելու, մեզ էլ գործից կտրելու են, հավայի տանեն-բերեն»։
