Նոր մանրամասներ՝ հրազենային վնասվածք ստացած աշակերտի դեպքից

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի քարտուղար Գոռ Աբրահամյանը գրում է․ «Նկատի ունենալով բանավոր հարցեր ստանալու հանգամանքը՝ դպրոցում անչափահասի կողմից հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու մասին տարածվող լուրերի առնչությամբ հայտնում եմ հետևյալը։
Հոկտեմբերի 14-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևանի թիվ 93 դպրոցի ռազմագիտության դասարանում օդամղիչ հրացանից արձակված գնդակից «աջ ազդրի վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մեկ անչափահաս: Նախնական տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառվել է ռազմագիտության դասարանում մեկ այլ աշակերտի կողմից օդամղիչ (տիրի) հրացանով պատահաբար կրակոց արձակելու հետևանքով:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2024թ․ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Նախաքննության ընթացքում վնասվածք ստացած անչափահասը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել։ Վերջինս ավելի վաղ դուրս է գրվել հիվանդանոցից։ Հարցաքննվել է նաև ռազմագիտության ուսուցիչը։
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ։ Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից օդամղիչ հրացանն առգրավվել է անհրաժեշտ հնարավոր ապացուցողական, վարութային գործողություններ կատարելու համար: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվել կատարվածի հանգամանքները պարզելու, միջադեպի մասնակից անձանց գործողություններին իրավական գնտահատական տալու նպատակով։ Այս պահին չկան նշված միջադեպի ժամանակ ՀՐԱԶԵՆԻ կիրառման կամ անչափահասին հրազենային վնասվածք պատճառելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ։ Մնացածը՝ ըստ նշանակված փորձաքննության արդյունքների»։
