Էդգար Խաչատրյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մեր պատվիրակությունը ԵԽԽՎ-ում լավ է աշխատել՝ խոսուն փաստերից մեկն այն է, որ հակահայ զեկույցներից մեկը(ամենակարևորը) տապալվել է: Սարսանգի ջրամբարի հարցը քննարկվում է ոչ միայն ԵԽԽՎ-ում այլ նաև փոքր ու մեծ Եվրոպական և համաշխարհային կառույցներում:
Սարսանգի հումանիտար հարցը քաղաքականացվեց ինչ-որ չափով, բայց կատաստրոֆիկ բան տեղի չունեցավ: Հաջորդ անգամ նախագահների հանդիպման ժամանակ Սարսանգի հարցին մի քիչ ավել ժամանակ կտրամադրեն: Ադրբեջանը երկու ավել հոդված կգրի ու ադրբեջանիցներին ֆինանսական կռիզիսից երկու օր կկտրի: Ահա այն բոլոր օգուտները, որը կստանա Ալիևը:
Բռնությունների մասին զեկույցը չընդունելով Եվրոպացիների համար պարզ դարձավ, որ Անկախ Արցախում բռնություն չկա և մարդիկ ապրում են ազատ և անկաշկանդ, ընդունում են որոշումներ և իրացնում են իրենց քաղաքացիական կամքը: Սարսանգից էլ ջուր տալիս են նրանց ում ուզում են:Սա ավելի կարևոր է: Կարելի է Արցախին այս կերպ դարձնել բանակցող կողմ . «Ջուր եք ուզում, գնացեք Արցախից ուզեք»: Հայաստանը անվտանգության երաշխավորն է, բայց չի կարող բռնությունների չենթարկվող մարդկանց փոխարեն որոշել՝ ում ջուր տան ում չտան:
Զեկույցի հեղինակն ասում էր, որ Ջուրը հումանիտար միջոց է և կապ չունի որտեղից է այն հոսում և մարդիկ պետք է օգտնվեն: Խնդիր չկա՝ մենք Ձեզ հումանիտար ջուր՝ դուք մեզ հումանիտար Նավթ: Նավթն էլ կապ չունի որտեղ է այն մարդկային արժեք է ինչպես ջուրը, եթե լոգիկայից չշեղվենք: Մեկ լիտր ջրի դիմաց երկու լիտր նավթ հաշվարկով:
Այնպես, որ մի նսեմացրեք ԵԽԽՎ մեր պատվիրակության դերը:
Հ.Գ. Այսպիսի զեկույցներն առանց այն էլ ֆինանասկան կռախի ենթարկված ու ենթարկվող Ադրբեջանի համար մեծ ցմցում են, նամանավանդ երբ չեն ընդունվում:
