Журналисты попросили представителя Кремля Дмитрия Пескова прокомментировать заявления кандидата в президенты США и бывшего главы Белого дома Дональда Трампа о том, что он якобы угрожал российскому президенту Владимиру Путину нанести удар по Москве, если Россия будет преследовать Украину.
«Мы по-прежнему предпочитаем заявлять очень ответственную позицию в плане непридания публичности содержания разговоров, которые ведутся на высшем уровне», — ответил Песков, сообщает «Интерфакс».
«Целый ряд мировых лидеров такой позиции не придерживаются и такую информационную «гигиену» в данном случае не соблюдают», — продолжил представитель Кремля. «Конечно же, сейчас звучит очень много горячих и весьма эмоциональных заявлений в Соединенных Штатах в рамках избирательной кампании», — добавил Песков.
В понедельник российские СМИ обратили внимание на материал Wall Street Journal, опубликованный еще 18 октября. Трамп общался с журналистами издания и в числе прочего утверждал, что угрожал Путину нанести удар по Москве.
