Բյուջեի հավաքագրման խնդիրները սրվելու են

Բյուջեի հավաքագրումը փաստացի սկսել են նվազել։ Հավաքագրման խնդիրներ առաջացել են տարվա սկզբից այն բանից հետո, երբ արտաքին գործոնները, որոնք ապահովում էին Հայաստանի այսպես կոչված տնտեսական աճը, դանդաղել են։ Դրանք հիմնականում պայմանավորված էին դեպի Ռուսաստան սանկցիոն ապրանքների շրջանառությամբ, վերաարտահանմամբ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ տնտեսական դրայվերներ, տրիգերներ, գործոններ այս պահին գոյություն չունեն։ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ է, արտահանելի հատվածն անկման մեջ է։ Այն, ինչը պետք է իրականում ապահովի տնտեսական աճը, գոյություն չունի։ Արհեստական գործոններն էլ նվազել և նվազում են։
Ամենակարևոր բաներից մեկն էլ, ոսկու վերաարտահանման գործը Ռուսաստանը փակել է դեպի ԱՄԷ և Հոնկոնգ, իսկ դրանով տարվա սկզբից մոտ վեց ամիս զբաղվում էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սրտի օլիգարխ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը։
Այս պահի դրությամբ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, բյուջեի հավաքագրման պրոբլեմը 117 մլրդ դրամի չափով է վեց ամսվա կտրվածքով։ Մոտ այդքան դեֆիցիտ է արձանագրվել, իսկ, ըստ կանխատեսումների, տարեվերջին այդ գումարը հասնելու է 140 մլրդ դրամի։ Դա կոնկրետ փող է, որը բյուջե չի մտնելու, և բյուջետային առաջադրանքը չի կատարվելու։
