Օտարերկրացիների համար էլեկտրոնային վիզաները պետք է տրվեն բազմակի օգտագործման համար, որպեսզի նրանք, ովքեր գործով Ռուսաստան են գալիս, կարողանան վերադառնալ երկիր նաև հանգստի համար: Ըստ ТАСС-ի՝ դրա մասին լրագրողներին հայտարարել է Պետդումայի տնտեսական քաղաքականության հարցերով կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ, «Եդինայա Ռոսիա» կուսակցության «Զբոսաշրջության զարգացում» ազգային ծրագրի համակարգող Նադեժդա Շկոլկինան։

«Մերձավոր Արևելքի հակամարտության պատճառով ներգնա զբոսաշրջությունը կարող է մի փոքր ավելի ցածր լինել, քան նախատեսված էր: Միևնույն ժամանակ, իրավիճակը կարող է էապես մեղմվել, եթե մենք բազմակի էլեկտրոնային վիզաներ տրամադրեինք, որոնք, օրինակ. գործով Ռուսաստան այցելած օտարերկրյա հյուրին հնարավորություն կտան մեզ մոտ հանգստի վերադառնալ ընտանիքի հետ, միաժամանակ, եթե երկրի ներսում կարգավորեինք օտարերկրյա զբոսաշրջիկների համար վճարային գործիքը»,- հայտարարել է Շկոլկինան։

Ըստ նրա՝ զբոսաշրջության զարգացման վրա ազդում են մի քանի գործոններ, ներառյալ՝ մատչելիությունը։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է գներին, կացարաններում մեկ գիշերվա արժեքն աճել է միջինը 19 տոկոսով,-նշել է Շկոլկինան: Նրա տվյալներով՝ ՌԴ-ի ներքին ավիատոմսերի գներն աճել են միջինը 29%-ով, թեև կան ուղղություններ, որտեղ աճը կազմել է 60%, իսկ արտաքին ուղղությունների համար ավիատոմսերի գներն այդքան էլ էական չեն աճել։ Իրավիճակը նման է երկաթուղային տոմսերի գներին, որտեղ պլացքարտի մեկ նստատեղի գինը բարձրացել է միջինը 12,8%-ով, ճամփորդախցիկում (կուպե-խմբ)՝ 12,5%-ով»,- նշել է Դումայի կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալը։

Ըստ Շկոլկինայի, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այս միտումը կշարունակվի 2025 թվականին՝ «առաջին հերթին հյուրանոցային համարների դեֆիցիտի և օդանավերի բավարար շարժակազմի պատճառով»։
