Պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը կարող է և՛ հեշտացնել, և՛ բարդացնել Ադրբեջանից գերիների վերադարձը։ Դրա մասին հոկտեմբերի 23-ին խորհրդարանում կառավարության ժամին հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նա չի բացառել, որ նման հայտարարությունը կարող է ամբողջությամբ փակել բանտարկյալների վերադարձի հարցը։ Ըստ նրա՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները գնահատում են, թե ինչը կարող է լինել ամենաարդյունավետը և համապատասխան քայլեր են ձեռնարկում։ «Հենց մենք գնահատենք, որ մեր պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը բավարար չէ խնդրի լուծման համար, անմիջապես հանդես կգանք հայտարարությամբ։ Բոլոր քննարկումների և հանդիպումների ժամանակ մենք բարձրացնում ենք բանտարկյալների խնդիրները»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բոլոր երկրներին ու կազմակերպություններին, որոնք շարունակում են օրակարգում պահել այս հարցը՝ հայտնելով Հայաստանի իշխանությունների պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու աշխատանքը նույն հետևողականությամբ։

Նա նշել է, որ COP29-ը Բաքվում տեղի է ունենում նաև շնորհիվ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշման։ «Դրա արդյունքում Հայաստան է վերադարձել 32 բանտարկյալ։ Դա տեղի է ունեցել ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ մենք պաշտոնական և հրապարակային հայտարարություններ ենք արել, այլ վերադարձել են նրանց վերադարձի հնարավորություններ փնտրելու արդյունքում»,- ընդգծել է կառավարության ղեկավարը։

Նա COP29-ը լավ առիթ է համարել՝ ուշադրություն հրավիրելու բոլոր հարցերի վրա, դրանց թվում՝ հրատապ խնդիրների, խաղաղության գործընթացի, տարածաշրջանի կայունության և զարգացման խնդիրների վրա։
