Ինչո՞ւ Երևանում անհետացան աղբամանները

Երևանի մի շարք թաղամասերում աղբամանների ու աղբարկղերի առումով լուրջ ճգնաժամ է գրանցվել։
Պատճառը, թե ինչու են մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներից աղբարկղերը զանգվածաբար անհետացել, ստուգապես հայտնի չէ, կարելի է միայն ենթադրություններ անել: Մի քանի տարի առաջ քաղաքային իշխանությունների գլխում փողոցներում պլաստիկ աղբարկղեր տեղադրելու գաղափար ծնվեց։ Աղբարկղերի մեծ մասը ժամանակի ընթացքում կամ կոտրվել է կամ այրվել: Սակավաթիվ երկաթյա աղբարկղերն ակնհայտորեն չեն բավարարում։ Արդյունքում սիզամարգերն ու մայթերը աղբով են լցվում, և կարծես թե այդ իրավիճակը քչերին է անհանգստացնում:
Նման իրավիճակ է նաև աղբամանների դեպքում: Մի քանի թաղամասերում երեք կամ չորս աղբամաններ կան: Ավելին, աղբամանների քանակի և աղբահանությանն առնչվող իրավիճակը համայնքներում տարբեր է: Երևանի կենտրոնում վիճակը նկատելիորեն ավելի լավ է, ըստ երևույթին, հաշվի են առնվում մեծ թվով զբոսաշրջիկների առկայության գործոնը և ամոթով մնալուց խուսափելը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին տարիներին քաղաքապետարանը որոշել է վերացնել բոլոր աղբատար խողովակները։ Թե կոնկրետ ինչպես է իրականացվել գործընթացը, այլ թեմա է։ Այժմ աղբատար խողովակներին փոխարինելու եկան աղբամանները։ Բայց ինչպես եկան, այնպես էլ գնացին։
Ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում պատուհանի տակ աղբամաններ ունենալ, քանի որ դրանք ընդհանրապես չեն մաքրվում և առհասարակ չեն լվացվում։ Բնականաբար, ոչ ոք գարշահոտի կարիք չի զզում, և հաճախ մայրաքաղաքում աղբամանները «քոչում են» բակից բակ։ Բոլոր համար լավագույն տարբերակը աղբամանները մայթերին շարելն է: Բայց այստեղ էլ ամեն ինչ հարթ չէ։ Հաճախ նման աղբամանները արգելափակում են երթևեկությունը, իսկ դրանց հնարավոր չէ մոտենալ մայթից։ Բնակիչները ստիպված են գնալ աղբամանները մոտ՝ բառացիորեն վտանգելով իրենց կյանքը։ Իսկ որոշ «խելքի տոպրակներ» աղբի տոպրակները հանգիստ ուրիշի շենքի մուտքերի մոտ են թողնում։
Ստացվում է մի տեսակ արատավոր շրջան՝ աղբարկղերն ու աղբամանները քիչ են, և, հետևաբար, դժվար է քաղաքացիներից պահանջել մաքրություն պահպանել և տուգանքով սպառնալ։ Եվ այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում իրավասու մարմինների հավաստիացումների ֆոնին, թե փողոցների մաքրմանն ու աղբահանությանն առնչվող ամեն ինչ կարգին է։
