Для граждан Индии, Ирака и Египта будут ужесточены процедуры въезда на территорию Армении

Для граждан Индии, Ирака и Египта будут ужесточены процедуры въезда на территорию Армении. Соответствующее решение 24 октября принято на заседании Правительства Армении.

В обосновании решения говорится: «Гражданам этих стран предлагается предоставлять электронные визы в случае наличия статуса временного или постоянного проживания (или действующей въездной визы) США, Австралии, Новой Зеландии, Кореи, Соединенного Королевства Великобритании и Северной Ирландии, Канады, России, Японии, Евросоюза, Шенгенской зоны и стран Совета сотрудничества арабских государств Персидского залива. Гражданам упомянутых государств виза будет предоставлена при наличии у них обратного билета».

В случае граждан упомянутых стран также предлагается установить в качестве необходимого условия преставление информации о наличии финансовых средств (выписка из банковского счета, другие доказательства).

Обязательным условием для получения электронной визы становится и медицинская (туристическая) страховка.

Отмечается, что вероятность превращения нелегальными мигрантами территории Армении в транзитную зону для перемещения в европейские страны возрастает, что может крайне отрицательно сказаться на процессе визовой либерализации с ЕС.

Отметим, что, согласно результатам исследования текущей ситуации миграционных потоков, проведенного Службой национальной безопасности Армении, с 1 января по 28 августа 2024 года в Армению прибыли 11965 граждан Индии, 658 граждан Египта и 255 граждан Ирака, которые незаконно проживают в Армении.
