Ի՞նչ կատարվեց Կազանում

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ Ռուսաստանի Կազան քաղաքում մասնակցել է «ԲՐԻԿՍ+» ձևաչափով գագաթնաժողովին, նաև հանդիպումներ ունեցել Իրանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հետ։ Ի սկզբանե, մինչ Կազան մեկնումը տարբեր փորձագետներ կարծիք էին հայտնել, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը մեկնում է գագաթնաժողովին՝ իր դիրքորոշումներն Արևմուտքի վրա «սաղացնելու» համար։
Ինչպես և սպասելի էր, Փաշինյանը խոսել է «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկից», հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանն ի վիճակի է ապահովել և լիարժեքորեն ապահովելու է իր տարածքով ապրանքների, ռեսուրսների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և մարդկանց անցման անվտանգությունը։ «Սա մեր ցանկությունն է, մեր պարտավորությունը, և մենք դա երաշխավորում ենք և միշտ երաշխավորելու ենք։ Բոլոր հայտարարությունները, թե իբր Հայաստանը համաձայնել է իր ինքնիշխան տարածքում հաղորդակցությունների անվտանգության ապահովման գործում երրորդ երկրի մասնակցությանը, կամ որ դա նախատեսված է որևէ փաստաթղթով, իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում»,- ասել է նա։
Փաշինյանը, որ գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում էլ ակտիվ զրուցում էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ՝ արժանանալով ռուսական կողմի մեղմ դիտողությանը, հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանի հետ համաձայնագրի նախագիծը համաձայնեցվել է առնվազն 80-90 տոկոսով, առաջարկել է ստորագրել մինչ այս պահը համաձայնեցված հատվածը։ Իլհամ Ալիևը, իհարկե, չի արձագանքել, որևէ բառ չի խոսել պայմանագրի կնքման հնարավորության մասին։
Նույնիսկ երկու երկրների ղեկավարների առանձին հանդիպումից հետո հստակ որևէ պայմանավորվածության չեն հանգել։ «Արտգործնախարարներին հանձնարարվել է շարունակել «Խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման մասին» համաձայնագրի շուրջ երկկողմ բանակցությունները՝ հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետում այն վերջնականացնելու և կնքելու նպատակով»,- ընդամենն ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Փաստացի, կազանյան այցը որևէ արդյունք չի տվել, բացի այն, որ Փաշինյանը կրկին պնդել է իր արևմտյան հովանավորների նարատիվները։
