ՔՊ-ից նոր դեսպաններ են նշանակվելու

Հայաստանի նախագահի հրամանագրով դեսպաններ են նշանակվել։ Այսպես Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը հետ է կանչվել Ուկրաինայում և Մոլդովայում դեսպանի պաշտոնից։ Նա այժմ կներկայացնի Հայաստանն Իտալիայում։ Ռուբեն Սողոյանը նշանակվել է դեսպան Իրաքում, Վիետնամի դեսպան Սուրեն Բաղդասարյանը՝ համատեղության կարգով Լաոսում, Արմեն Սարգսյանը՝ Եգիպտոսում, Ծովինար Համբարձումյանը Բուլղարիայում։
Ուշագրավն Իտալիայում դեսպանի պաշտոնից Ծովինար Համբարձումյանի հետկանչն է, ավելի ցածր՝ Բուլղարիայում դեսպանի պաշտոնին նշանակելը։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, դիվանագիտական կորպուսում առաջիկայում էլ նոր փոփոխություններ են լինելու, ընդ որում, առանցքային երկրներում նշանակումներն արվելու են ոչ թե մասնագիտական հիմունքներով, այլ քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությամբ։ Մասնավորապես, ՔՊ խմբակցության որոշ դեմքեր ցանկանում են դեսպան դառնալ և հեռու մնալ ՀՀ ներքաղաքական զարգացումներից, ուստի Փաշինյանի մոտ լոբբինգ են անում՝ իրենց տարբեր երկրներում դեսպաններ նշանակելու համար։

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն էլ լոբբինգ է արել Ուկրաինայում Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանից հետո մեկ այլ նախկին ՀԱԿ-ականի՝ Հովհաննես Իգիթյանին նշանակելու համար։ Վերջինիս անփառունակ կերպով հետ էին կանչել Մերձբալթյան երկրներից և անգործ թողել։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Քոչարյանին պարզ ասվել է, որ Հովհաննես Իգիթյանին նույնիսկ Մադագասկարում չարժե դեսպան նշանակել, քանի որ բացարձակ ոչ մի աշխատանք չի տանում դեսպանի պաշտոնում։
