Սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքային կանոնակարգի դրվագն ընդամենը մեկն է այն ստի ահռելի ծավալի, որ մեր կյանքում տեղ է գտել:  Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 25-ին, ՀՀ նախագահական նստավայրի առաջ տեղի ունեցող բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:

Նա նկատեց, որ չլինելով միջազգային պայմանագիր՝ կանոնակարգը ՍԴ-ում անցել է արագացված ընթացակարգով և ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության ձեռքով դարձել է խորհրդարանի վավերացման նյութ:

Նկատելով, որ ընդունված փաստաթղթի տակ որևէ կերպ գոյություն չունի ՀՀ վարչապետի աթոռը զբաղեցրած մարդու ստորագրությունը՝ Բագրատ Սրբազանն ասաց. «Տեղի ունեցածը, փաստացիորեն վկայում է այն, ինչ մենք ամիսներ առաջ ասում էինք, որ Կիրանցում տեղի ունեցածն ուղղակի պետական հանցագործություն է, դավաճանություն, որովհետև առանց որևէ կանոնակարգի պարզ հրամանի ներքո  էս մարդիկ հանձնել են մեր երկիրը»։

Սրբազանը հայտնեց, որ կարող էին նաև չգալ նախագահական նստավայրի դիմաց, քանի որ այնտեղ չգոյություն է, բայց  եկել են, որպեսզի ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տան որ այդ խարանը դաճված է բոլոր նրանց ճակատին, ովքեր մասնակից են այդ գործընթացին։

Նշելով, որ փաստաթուղթը տարբեր ատյաններով անցկացնելով իշխանությունը կատարվողի պատասխանատվությունը տարածում է ողջ ժողովրդի վրա՝ նաև երկիր հանձնողի մեղքն ու պիտակը։

Սրբազանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ոստիկանությունը հետևում և հալածում է Սրբազան պայքարի մասնակիցներին և նկատեց որ իշխանությունները վախեցած են՝ չնայած պարբերաբար հայտարարում են, թե շարժումը տապալվել է։

«Երազում կտեսնեք, որ մենք տապալված լինենք»,-հայտարարեց Բագրատ Սրբազանը և  շեշտեց, որ շարժումը ծրագրված իր քայլերով գնում է դեպի իր նպատակը՝ հաղթանակը ստի և կեղծիքի դեմ պայքարում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը հոկտեմբերի 24-ին ստորագրել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի ու Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման պետական հանձնաժողովի համատեղ գործունեության մասին» կանոնակարգը վավերացնելու մասին» օրենքը:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը Իլհամ Ալիևն այսօր ևս հաստատել է Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի սահմանազատման և անվտանգության հանձնաժողովի համատեղ գործունեության կանոնակարգը:
