Խաչփար գյուղում կատարված սպանության դեպքը բացահայտվել է: Ինչպես հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն, սպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է տուժողի քաղաքացիական կինը:

«2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 12:15-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Արարատի մարզի Խաչփար գյուղում դանակահարված անձ կա:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և տան նախասրահում հայտնաբերել նույն տան 44-ամյա բնակչի դին:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ և 9-րդ կետերով (Սպանություն), նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տղամարդուն կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ է հասցրել նրա հետ փաստացի ամուսնական կապի մեջ գտնվող 37-ամյա կինը՝ դանակով մի քանի հարված հասցնելով ամուսնուն:

Ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում վերջինս նույն օրը հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:

Որոշում է կայացվել 37-ամյա կնոջը, սպանություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով, ձերբակալելու մասին:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կինը հարցաքննվել է:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի, ինչպես նաև՝ դիակի զննություն, որի ընթացքում տուժողի մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում հայտնաբերվել է դանակի ներգործության թվով 6 հետք, իսկ դանակը՝ ներհրված պարանոցին:

Հանցագործության գործիք դանակը վերցվել է, իսկ դեպքի վայրում առկա արյան հետքերից կատարվել են նմուշառումներ: Հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք:

Տղամարդու ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքների բնույթը, դրանք հասցնելու մեխանիզմը, ինչպես նաև քրեական վարույթով էական նշանակություն ունեցող այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատաբժշկական և դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:
