«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ren.tv-ն «Ի՞նչ ծրագրեր ունի Արևմուտքը Հայաստանի հետ կապված» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը սկսել է նոր ուժով փորձել Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղել հետխորհրդային տարածքից, նաև Հայաստանից։ Այդ մասին խոսել են РЕН ТВ-ի՝ Իգոր Պրոկոպենկոյի «Ռազմական գաղտնիք» հաղորդման ժամանակ: Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս ԱՄՆ-ը հայտարարել է Հայաստանին 20,6 մլն դոլարի չափով ֆինանսական օգնության ավելացման մասին՝ երկրի՝ Ռուսաստանի ռազմական հովանավորությունից հրաժարվելու և ամերիկյան պրոտեկտորատին անցնելու դիմաց։ «Անհնար է կանխատեսել այդ արևմտյան «շեղման» արդյունքը, բայց Հայաստանն այս 30 տարին ամբողջությամբ կենտրոնացած էր Ռուսաստանի վրա»,- նկատել է լրագրող Թենգիզ Ալոտիան։ «Այնտեղ որոշակի «անկլավ» են ստեղծում, դա անգլո-սաքսոնական հետախուզության ծրագրերի մի մասն է, երբ ստեղծում են «հակառուսական» պետություն:
 
Այդ ծրագիրը եղել է նախկինում ու հիմա էլ կա, այն է՝ Բալթիկ ծովից մինչև Սև ծով ստեղծել սանիտարական պատնեշ՝ ԵՄ-ին Ռուսաստանից պաշտպանելու համար, և հիմա այն հասնում է Ռուսաստանի հարավային սահմաններին, այսինքն՝ մինչև Հարավ-արևել յան Ասիա», - ասել է ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Ռուսլան Պանկրատովը: «Արևմուտքը երազում է պոկել Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից, բայց տեսեք, թե ինչպես ստացվեց: Իրականում Փաշինյանի՝ Մոսկվայում լինելը, նրա ելույթը, նրա մասնակցությունը համատեղ հանդիպումներին ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանը դեռևս չի ցանկանում խզել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ», - նշել է Մոսկվայի պետական համալսարանի քաղաքագիտության ֆակուլտետի դոցենտ, տնտեսական գիտությունների թեկնածու Յուրի Յուդենկովը:
 
Իսկ ինչո՞ւ է Արևմուտքն այդքան ակտիվ փորձում Հայաստանին հակադրել Ռուսաստանի հետ: Այսպիսով, ըստ թուրքական Cumhuriyet հրատարակության, ԱՄՆ-ը ձգտում է բացել «հարավային ճակատ» և այդ նպատակով միավորել Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը մեկ ռազմական բռունցքի մեջ, որպեսզի հետո հարվածի Ռուսաստանին։ «Արևմուտքը կանգ չի առնի «հակառուսական» պետություն ստեղծելու իր նախագծում: Միակ նպատակն ու խնդիրը Հայաստանից «հակառուսական» պետություն սարքելն է, այնտեղ զորքեր ուղարկելը, և դա կլինի լարվածության նոր աղբյուր ռազմական սրացման համար»,- պարզաբանել է ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Ռուսլան Պանկրատովը: Բայց, չնայած Ռուսաստանի դեմ տեղեկատվական ներարկումներին, Հայաստանի ավելի ու ավելի շատ բնակիչներ են ասում, որ երկրին անհրաժեշտ է կայուն խաղաղություն տարածաշրջանում, և պահանջում են բարելավել հարաբերությունները Մոսկվայի հետ։
 
Որպես ասվածի ապացույց կարելի է համարել MPG ընկերության վերջին վիճակագրությունը, ըստ որի, հայաստանցիների ավելի քան 58 %-ը կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների խզումը չի համապատասխանում հանրապետության շահերին:
