Վրաստանի վարչապետն ու նախագահը քվեարկել են խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում

Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն և նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլին արդեն քվեարկել են երկրում մեկնարկած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում։
Այս մասին հայտնում են վրացական լրատվամիջոցները։
Վրաստանի վարչապետը քվեարկել է Թբիլիսիի արևմտյան ընտրատեղամասում։
«Մենք պետք է հիշեցնենք ինքներս մեզ, որ այս ընտրությունները հավասարազոր են հանրաքվեի։ Սա հանրաքվե է պատերազմի և խաղաղության, անբարոյական քարոզչության և ավանդական արժեքների, երկրի անցյալի և պայծառ ապագայի միջև։ Կոչ եմ անում բոլոր կուսակցություններին ճանաչել ընտրությունների արդյունքները, որոնք կհրապարակի ԿԸՀ-ն», – վրացական լրատվամիջոցների հաղորդմամբ՝ ասել է Կոբախիձեն։
Երկրի նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլի, իր հերթին, շնորհավորել է Վրաստանի ժողովրդին օրվա կապակցությամբ։
«Այս անգամ քվեարկել եմ ոչ թե ում, այլ ինչի համար։ Ես քվեարկել եմ նոր Վրաստանի օգտին, այն Վրաստանի համար, որի համար ես եկել եմ այս երկիր 22 տարի առաջ, որի համար իմ նախնիները աղոթել են։ Ես քվեարկել եմ Վրաստանի օգտին, որի համար, վստահ եմ, աղոթում է ողջ Վրաստանը։ Այս երեկո մենք բոլորս կլինենք հաղթողներ: Պարտվողներ չեն լինի, քանի որ հաղթելու է Վրաստանը»,- ասել է Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլին։
Վրաստանում առավոտյան 8։00-ից բացվել են բոլոր ընտրատեղամասերը։
Ընտրողները պետք է ընտրություն կատարեն 18 կուսակցություններից։ Վրաստանի խորհրդարան կանցնեն այն կուսակցությունները, որոնց օգտին կքվեարկի ընտրողների առնվազն 5 տոկոսը։ Թե ինչպես են մանդատները բաշխվելու ընտրական շեմը հաղթահարած կուսակցությունների միջև, հայտնի կդառնա այն բանից հետո, երբ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը կամփոփի ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքները՝ քննարկելով բոլոր բողոքները և սպասելով, որ դատարանները կորոշեն դիտորդների բողոքները, եթե այդպիսիք կան։
Նշվում է, որ ընտրական գործընթացը վերահսկում են ավելի քան 1700 դիտորդներ միջազգային կազմակերպություններից, ինչպես նաև ավելի քան 23 հազար դիտորդներ 111 տեղական կազմակերպություններից։Հաղորդվում է, որ քվեարկության գործընթացը կտևի մինչև ժամը 20:00-ն, որից հետո ընտրական հանձնաժողովները կսկսեն ձայների հաշվարկը։ Քվեարկության առաջին արդյունքները կհրապարակվեն տեղամասերի փակումից 2-3 ժամ անց։
ՎրաստանիԿԸՀ-ում ամփոփիչ ճեպազրույցը նշանակված է ժամը 22:00-ին։
