Նստանյարդի բորբոքում. Ի՞նչ անել, եթե ցավերը չեն մեղմանում

Իշիասը նստանյարդի երկայնքով մշտական ցավի վիճակ է, երբ նստանյարդը ձգվում է մեջքի ստորին հատվածից՝ գոտկային շրջանից հետույքի աջ ու ձախ կեսերով և յուրաքանչյուր ազդրով ներքև՝ հասնելով մինչև ոտնաթաթեր:
Իշիասն առավել հաճախ առաջանում է, երբ միջողնային սկավառակի ճողվածքը կամ ողնի գերաճը ճնշում է նյարդի մի մասի վրա: Սա առաջացնում է բորբոքում, ցավ և հաճախ տուժած ոտքում՝ որոշակի թմրածություն:
Թեև իշիասի հետ կապված ցավը կարող է ծանր լինել, դեպքերի մեծ մասը բուժվում են մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում: Մարդիկ, ովքեր ունեն ծանր իշիաս և ոտքերի լուրջ թուլություն կամ աղիների կամ միզապարկի գործունեության խանգարումներ, կարող են վիրահատության կարիք ունենալ:
Իշիասի բնորոշ նշանը գոտկային շրջանի ցավն է, որ ճառագայթվում է հետույքով ու ոտքի հետին շրջանով դեպի ներքև:
Այս դեպքում հնարավոր է անհարմարավետություն զգալ նյարդի ուղղությամբ գրեթե ամենուրեք, սակայն ավելի հավանական է, գանգատները վերաբերվեն գոտկատեղից դեպի հետույք և ազդրերի մակերևույթով դեպի սրունքի շրջաններ:
Ցավը կարող է լինել ամենատարբեր բնույթի՝ սկսած թույլ ծակծկոցներից մինչև սուր, այրող զգացողություն կամ անտանելի ուժգության մկանացավ: Երբեմն կարող է ի հայտ գալ ցնցման կամ էլեկտրահարության զգացողություն: Ցավը կարող է սաստկանալ հազալիս, փռշտալիս, զուգարանից օգտվելիս կամ երկարատև նստած վիճակից հետո: Իշիասին բնորոշ են նաև մարմնի միայն մի կողմին վերաբերող գանգատները:
Որոշ մարդիկ կարող են զգալ ախտահարված ոտքում կամ ոտնաթաթում թմրածություն, ծակծկոցներ կամ մկանային թուլություն: Այլ դեպքերում կարող է մի ոտքի որևէ շրջանի ցավը զուգակցվել մյուս շրջանի թմրածության զգացողությամբ:
Թույլ իշիասը սովորաբար ժամանակի ընթացքում ինքնուրույն անհետանում է: Տեղեկացրեք բժշկին, եթե մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում սովորական միջոցներով ցավերը չեն մեղմանում, ուժեղ են կամ աստիճանաբար ուժեղանում են:
Դիմել անհետաձգելի բուժօգնության, եթե՝
ունեք հանկարծակի ցավ գոտկային կամ ոտքի շրջանում, որոնք ուղեկցվում են ոտքերի թմրածությամբ կամ մկանային թուլությամբ,
ցավերը սկսվել են ակնհայտ վնասվածքից հետո, օրինակ՝ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար,
