Տիտղոսային ընդդիմությունը չի ուզում հրաժարվել մանդատներից. կեղծ թեզեր են նետում

Վաղուց կարելի է նկատել, որ տիտղոսային ընդդիմության՝ խորհրդարանական ուժերի համար ամենազգայուն թեմաներից մեկը մանդատները վայր դնելու առաջարկն է՝ տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով, տարբեր սցենարներից ելնելով։ Դա զգայուն թեմա է դառնում բոլոր ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների համար, ցանկացած պատճառաբանություն գտնում են, որ մերժեն այդ առաջարկը։
Մինչ վերջերս համարվում էր, իբր ինչ-որ պահի խորհրդարանում կարող է իմպիչմենտի գործընթաց լինել, և խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը կլինի այն բազան, որոնց կգումարվեն նաև ՔՊ-ական տատանվող ձայները։ Վերջին չորս տարում այս սին պատճառաբանությունը խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը շահարկում էր, որ համոզի, թե մանդատները դնել չարժե։ Նման հանգամանքով պայմանավորելը, նշենք, ինքնին լուրջ չէ։ Դեռ երկու տարի առաջ, երբ առաջին անգամ իմպիչմենտի սցենարը դարձավ գլխավոր կռվանն ընդդիմության համար, պարզ էր, որ ընդդիմությունը չի կարող նման քայլի գնալ, քանի որ ոչ թե իշխող ուժն է քայքայվում, այլ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները։ Օրինակ, Իշխան Զաքարյանն ընդդիմության ցուցակով մտել էր խորհրդարան և անմիջապես անցել իշխանության վերահսկողության տակ։
Ուստի իմպիչմենթի գաղափարը չիրագործելի է, ընդդիմությունը նույնիսկ իր ձայներին չի կարողանում տեր կանգնել։ Այժմ այդ պատճառաբանությունը լուրջ չի դիտարկվում, ընդդիմադիրներն իրենք էլ հասկանում են այդ փաստը, և ասպարեզ են նետել մեկ այլ թեզ, որը նույնչափ տրամաբանական կարող է թվալ առաջին հայացքից։ Պնդում են, որ եթե հիմա հրաժարվում են մանդատներից, առաջիկա ընտրություններում հանձնաժողովների տեղերն են կորցնելու, ուստի մինչև 2026 թ. պետք է մնան խորհրդարանում։ Այս թեզն էլ խորքային առումով կեղծ է, որևէ մեկը չի կարող ընտրական հանձնաժողովներից խլել նրանց տեղերը։ Թեպետ պարզ է, որ կազմակերպչական այսպիսի ունակություններով այս ընդդիմությունը չի կարողանալու ապահովել հանձնաժողովներում իր ներկայացվածությունը, ապահովել հանձնաժողովականներ գրեթե 2 հազար տեղամասերում։
Հետևաբար, կարելի է փաստել, որ բոլոր պատճառաբանությունները, անկախ ռեպերտուարից, մեկ նպատակ ունեն՝ պահել մանդատները, օգտվել իշխանության բարիքներից։
