ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում կատարվող նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի Միքայել Չայլախյան փողոցի տներից մեկում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի և մեկ անձի մահվան հանգամանքները։
2024թ. հոկտեմբերի 27-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնից ստացվել է հաղորդում այն մասին, որ նույն օրը` ժամը 04:16-ին, 911 ծառայություն է զանգահարել քաղաքացի և հայտնել, որ Միքայել Չայլախյան փողոցի հասցեներից մեկում պայթյունի ձայն է լսվել:
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ՓԾ ՀՓՇ ծառայողների կողմից նշված հասցեում հրդեհաշիջում կատարելուց հետո հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու մոխրացած դի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 357-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, ձևավորվել է քննչական խումբ։
Պարզվել է մահացած տղամարդու ինքնությունը, ով 56 տարեկան է՝ առանց մշտական հաշվառման վայրի։ Վերջինս ճանաչվել է տուժող։ Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի և այրված դիակի զննություն։
Պարզվել է, որ պայթյունը և հրդեհը տեղի են ունեցել տան նկուղային հարկում։ Ըստ ձեռք բերված նախնական ստուգման ենթակա տվյալների՝ տուժողը վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել նշված հասցեում՝ միաժամանակ ժամանակավորապես բնակվելով այնտեղ։
Նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ հարցաքննվել են նշված տան սեփականատերը և մյուս բնակիչները, ինչպես նաև՝ նշված տան հարևանությամբ բնակվող այլ բնակիչներ:
Պայթյունի առաջացման պատճառները, պատճառված նյութական վնասների բնույթն ու չափը պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է նաև դատապայթյունատեխնիկական, դատանյութագիտական և դատաապրանքագիտական հանձնաժողովային համալիր փորձաքննություն:
