Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին առավոտյան ժամը 10;00-ին չեխական Յիհլավայի միջազգային 28-րդ կինոփառատոնի հաղթանակած ֆիլմերի «Համաստեղություններ» բաժնում ցուցադրվել է բազմաթիվ հեղինակավոր կինոփառատոների մրցանակակիր Շողակաթ Վարդանյանի դեբյուտային «1489» ֆիլմը։

orer.eu կայքը գրում է, որ չնայած առավոտյան ժամին, 400 տեղանոց դահլիճը գրեթե լիովին զբաղեցրել էին ոչ միայն չեխ և հայ, այլև օտար կինոսիրողները։ Ֆիլիմի ցուցադրությունից առաջ փառատոնի ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Վիկտոր Լիցեկը ընթերցել է ֆիլմի ռեժիսորի ուղարկած հատուկ ուղերձը, որով Շողակաթը խնդրել էր նաև մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի զոհերի հիշատակը։ Դահլիճը հոտնկայս հարգել է զոհերի հեղինակն, ինչին հետևել է ֆիլմի ցուցադրությունը։

Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ «1489»ը Լոս Անջելեսի հայտնի DOC LA կինոփառատոնում արժանացել է «Լավագույն վավերագրություն» մրցանակին։ 

Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմին Շողակաթ Վարդանյանը ծնողների հետ անհայտ կորած եղբորն է փնտրել՝ Սողոմոնին: Ամբողջ ընթացքը նկարել է, 3 տարվա նկարահանումները տեղ են գտել ֆիլմում:

Պատերազմի յոթերորդ օրը նրա եղբայրը՝ 21-ամյա ուսանող և երաժիշտ Սողոմոն Վարդանյանը, որն արդեն մոտ էր զինվորական ծառայության ավարտին, անհետանում է։ Շողակաթը որոշում է արձանագրել իր և ծնողների որոնումներն ու ապրումները՝ գործի դնելով հեռախոսի տեսախցիկը։ Վեց ամիս անց ոսկորները հայտնաբերվում են, բայց ԴՆԹ հետազոտությունը դեռ պետք է ցույց տար՝ արդյոք դրանք Սողոմոնինն են։ ԴՆԹ-ի նույնականացման արդյունքին պետք էր սպասել մեկուկես տարի։

«1489».  ռազմական գործողության մեջ անհայտ կորած անհատի մարմնի անանուն թիվն է։ Դա այն համարն էր, որը տրվել էր Սողոմոն Վարդանյանին։
