«Եթե մեր կաթը կաթնաշոռ է դարձել, դա ցույց է տալիս, որ կաթի որակը նվազել է: Որովհետև որպեսզի կաթը դիմանա պահպանման ողջ ժամկետին, այն սկզբում պետք է լինի հում և որակյալ և ունենա բարձր ջերմակայունություն: Իհարկե, նման կաթ խմելն անցանկալի է, քանի որ մենք չգիտենք կաթնաշոռի առաջացման պատճառը»,- հավելել է Յուրովան։
Բայց, ի տարբերություն արածվող լուրերի վերնագրերի, կաթի մեջ կավիճ չի կարող լինել։
«Կավիճը կաթին չեն ավելացնում, քանի որ այն ոչ մեկին ձեռնտու չէ և կարիք չկա, քանի որ կավիճը կալցիումի կարբոնատ է, որը ջրում չի լուծվում, իսկ բոլոր քիմիական միացությունները, որոնք անլուծելի են, մնում են նստվածքում»,- պարզաբանել է մասնագետը։
