«Հայկական ժամանակ». Աշխարհում պարենամթերքի 20.7 տոկոս էժանացումը հանգեցներ է ՀՀ-ում ավելի քան 4 տոկոս թանկացման

«Պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (FAO) պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն, այս տարվա մայիսին, անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, պարենամթերքի համաշխարհային գները նվազել են 20.7 տոկոսով:
Բայց ըստ ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալների, նույն ամսին Հայաստանում պարենային ապրանքները 4.7 տոկոսով թանկացել են անցած տարվա մայիսի համեմատ: Ստացվում է, որ աշխարհում պարենամթերքը էժանանում է, իսկ Հայաստանում թանկանում: Եթե նույնիսկ հաշվի առնենք, որ նշված ժամանակահատվածում դրամը դոլարի նկատմամբ արժեզրկվել է 14 տոկոսով, ապա կստացվի, որ ՀՀ-ում պարենամթերքը 1 տարվա ընթացքում հարաբերականորեն թանկացել է ավելի քան 10 տոկոսով: Այսինքն՝ աշխարհում պարենամթերքի 20.7 տոկոս էժանացումը պետք է հանգեցներ ՀՀ-ում 6 տոկոս էժանացման, այնինչ արձանագրվել է ավելի քան 4 տոկոս թանկացում: Նման իրավիճակի գլխավոր պատճառն այն է, որ սպառման հիմնական ապրանքների, այդ թվում պարենամթերքի ներմուծման ոլորտը Հայաստանում խիստ մոնոպոլիզացված է, և ուստի՝ շուկայի տրամաբանությունը չի գործում: Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում օգտագործվող պարենամթերքի մեծ մասը ներկրվում է կամ արտադրվում է ներկրվող հումքից»,–գրում է թերթը։
