Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի գլխին կուտակված «սև ամպերը» խտանում են

Մամուլում երեկ տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ Ազգային ժողովի իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության մի շարք անդամներ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցությամբ նախօրեին նախատեսված նիստում ցանկացել են քննարկման դնել Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին պաշտոնից հեռացնելու հարցը։ Նիստը, սակայն, չեղարկվել է խորհրդարանում բյուջեի քննարկումների պատճառով։
Ինքը՝ Քոչարյանը կտրականապես հերքում էր տարածված տեղեկությունները, բայց ՔՊ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը հաստատեց, որ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ կարգապահական վարույթ կա, որը դեռ քննության առիթ է լինելու։ Այն, որ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի գլխին սև ամպեր են կուտակվում, ներկլանային, թայֆայական պայքարում նրա ակտիվացումն անհանգստացնում է մյուս կլաններին, ակնհայտ է շատ վաղուց։ Մյուս կլաններն էլ ձեռքները ծալած չեն նստել, ակտիվ աշխատում են նրա դեմ։ Պարզ է, որ այդ դժգոհությունները պայմանավորված են ներկլանային խիստ պայքարով, փող և ազդեցության գոտիներ կիսելու՝ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի պահանջով։
Մեր տեղեկություններով, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դեմ կուսակցությունում զանգվածային դժգոհությունների համար որպես տրիգեր է հանդես եկել այն տեղեկությունը, որը հասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, թե Քոչարյանը կուսակցության հետ չհամաձայնեցրած հանդիպումներ է սկսել ունենալ արևմտյան որոշ շրջանակների, դեսպանների, փոխդեսպանների հետ, բանակցություններ է վարում, կարծիքների փոխանակում է անում, որոնց մասին իշխանությունները տեղյակ չեն եղել, իսկ Փաշինյանը բավական զգայուն է դրսի հետ շփումների մասով։
Խնդիրն այն է, որ ՔՊ-ում ավելի շատ են սկսում զգացվել Քոչարյանի ամբիցիաները, իսկ նա իր ծառայություններն է առաջարկում արևմտյան որոշ շրջանակների, որպեսզի խաղադրույք դնեն իր վրա, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին փոխելու հարց առաջանա։
Ի դեպ, արդարադատության նախարարի հարցն էլ, որ երեկ ՔՊ վարչությունը քննարկեց և որոշեց առաջադրել գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Սրբուհի Գալյանին, ևս կապ ունի Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հետ։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ի սկզբանե Փաշինյանը հակված է եղել այդ պաշտոնում առաջադրել նախկին զինդատախազ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանին։ Վերջինս Գալյանի, ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի, ՆԳ փոխնախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի, արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արմենուհի Հարությունյանի հետ միասին մասնակցել է թեկնածուների ստուգատեսին, գրեթե վստահ լինելով, որ հենց ինքն է առաջադրվելու։ Ջհանգիրյանին դեմ են քվեարկել՝ հիշատակելով նրա չափազանց ուժգին մտերմությունն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հետ։
