Դպրոցներում անվտանգության ստանդարտների սահմանումը՝ առաջնային խնդիր. ԿԳՄՍՆ

ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն այսօր հանդիպել է ՀՀ մարզպետարանների և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կրթության վարչությունների պատասխանատուների, Կրթության տեսչական մարմնի, ԿԶՆԱԿ հիմնադրամի, ԿՏԱԿ-ի և ՀՄԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ քննարկելու դպրոցներում անվտանգության ստանդարտների մշակման աշխատանքները: Հայտնում են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը:

«Անվտանգության ստանդարտների սահմանումը հանրակրթության ոլորտում համակարգային լուծում պահանջող խնդիրներից է: Պետք է միասնաբար հասկանանք՝ ինչ ռեսուրսներ ունենք, որոնք են գույքագրված խնդիրները և ինչպես գնանք լուծման ճանապարհով: Անվտանգության ընկալման շուրջ անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ միասնական չափանիշներ, որոնք պետք է նվազեցնեն ռիսկերը: Ակնհայտ է, որ կա իրավական ակտերի վերանայման կարիք, որոնք պետք է բխեն  համապատասխան ստանդարտից»,- նշել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը՝ կարևորելով խնդրի կարգավորումը։

Նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ անվտանգության ընթացակարգերը պետք է դասակարգել ըստ դպրոցների կրթական ծրագրերի աստիճանների, տեղակայվածության (գյուղական կամ քաղաքային)՝ հաշվի առնելով դպրոցների և աշակերտների տարիքային առանձնահատկությունները:

Կարևորվել է ուսումնական հաստատությունների շենքային և միջավայրային անվտանգության, սեյսմակայունության, մուտքի և ելքի կառավարման, միջավայրի վերահսկման հնարավոր մեխանիզմների սահմանումը: Քննարկվել են նաև մասնագիտական ծառայությունների առկայության, այդ ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ վերապատրաստումների կազմակերպման, նոր ռեսուրսների ներգրավման, այլ գերատեսչությունների հետ համագործակցության կարևորությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նշել է նաև, որ ուսումնասիրվում է այս ուղղությամբ միջազգային փորձը: Կողմերը ներկայացրել են իրենց համակարգման տիրույթում առկա խնդիրները, նախանշել լուծման տարբերակները:

Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել գույքագրելու դպրոցների ֆիզիկական անվտանգության առաջնային խնդիրներն ու հրատապ կարիքները՝ հետագա  աշխատանքներում դրանք քննարկելու նպատակով։
