ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայությունը իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ իրականացնում է նաև ուժեղացված ծառայություններ և հատուկ միջոցառումներ։ Հայտնում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ-ից:

«ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության կողմից 2024 թ. 9 ամիսների ընթացքում արձանագրվել և որոշում է կայացվել  չամրակապված տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու և չամրակապված ուղևոր փոխադրելու հետ կապված իրավախախտումների գործերով 132 574 որոշում, ինչը 2023 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ  ավելի է մոտ 84 հազարով։

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է հեռախոսակապից օգտվելու կանոնների խախտման 22 182 դեպք, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելի է մոտ 5900-ով: Արձանագրվել է ծխախոտային արտադրանք օգտագործելու 19 136 իրավախախտում, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելի է 2670-ով»,-ներկայացնում է Պարեկային ծառայության պետի տեղակալ Արման Չիլինգարյանը:

Միջազգային փորձը վկայում է՝ ամրագոտու կիրառումը  80-85 % կրճատում է զոհվելու և 50-55 % ՝մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու հավանականությունը, իսկ հեռախոսակապից օգտվելը և ծխելը շեղում են վարորդի ուշադրությունը՝ խանգարելով ճիշտ գնահատել իրավիճակը:

Պարեկների կողմից արձանագրվող իրավախախտումներն ունեն մեկ  նպատակ՝ կրճատել ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների  թիվը, իսկ օրինապահ վարելու մշակույթը դարձնել կենսակերպ։ 

Յուրաքանչյուր անմեղ թվացող իրավախախտում կարող է մարդկային կյանք արժենալ:
