Պետք է զգուշավոր լավատեսություն հայտնեմ, որ մոտ ապագայում մեզ կհաջողվի նաև համաձայնության գալ խաղաղության պայմանագրի այդ 1-2 ձևակերպումների շուրջ, որից հետո պայմանագիրը պատրաստ կլինի ստորագրման: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում բյուջեի նախագծի նախնական քննարկումների ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը:

«Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը նախապայման է առաջարկել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը պարունակում է տարածքային որոշակի պահանջ իրենց տարածքի նկատմամբ, մենք այս թեզը համարում ենք կատարելապես անհիմն և ունենք արդեն ՍԴ որոշումը, որն արձանագրեց՝ Ալմա-Աթայի սահմանազատումը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը: Սա գալիս է փարատելու բոլոր մտահոգությունները»,- ասաց նա:

Նա շեշտեց, որ մյուս ուղղությունը տարածաշրջանի տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակումն է և, որ այս առումով ևս քայլեր են արվել:

«Մենք ադրբեջանական կողմին առաջարկներ ենք փոխանցել, որոնք կիսապաշտոնական մակարդակով ողջունվել են: Այստեղ ևս որոշակի դրական մթնոլորտ կա: Մեր սկզբունքներն այս առումով այն են, որ բոլոր այն ենթակառուցվածքները, որոնք պետք է ապաշրջափակվեն, պետք է մնան այն երկրների ինքնիշխանության ներքո և գործեն այն երկրների օրենսդրության համապատասխան, որոնց տարածքով անցնում են:

Սա արտացոլված է մեր կառավարության ներկայացրած խաղաղության խաչմերուկ ծրագրում: Բազմաթիվ երկրներ և միջազգային գործընկերներ ողջունել են խաղաղության խաչմերուկը»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:
