ՏՏ ոլորտի նախկին ու ներկա նախարարների միջև լարվածություն կա

արձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը, որքանով զարմանալի է թվում, ընդունվեց ՏՏ ոլորտի կողմից, համարում են, որ պրպտող է, իրականում, չլինելով համակարգից մարդ, ուզում է ինչ-որ լավ բան անել։ Ըստ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների, լսում է խորհուրդները, իսկ ոլորտը, որ միշտ զգայուն է նախարարների նկատմամբ, ընդունում է այդ վերաբերմունքը։
ՏՏ ոլորտը մեծ հույսեր ունի Հայրապետյանի հետ, բայց միաժամանակ Հակոբ Արշակյանը, ով եղել է նախկին ոլորտը, ունի «այթիշնիկի» հետագիծ, փորձում է ամեն տեղ քիթը խոթել ոլորտի խնդիրների մեջ, իրեն այդ ոլորտի կուրատոր զգալ, տարբեր մարդկանց համոզում է, թե մեծ ազդեցություն ունի Փաշինյանի վրա։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը նյարդային է արձագանքում Արշակյանի ակտիվությանը, նրան դուր չի գալիս ԱԺ փոխնախագահի քայլերը։ Հակոբ Արշակյանի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը ՏՏ ոլորտում միանշանակ չէ, համարում են, որ քանի դեռ նա քաղաքականությամբ չէր զբաղվում, ավելի ադեկվատ էր, իսկ քաղգործիչ դառնալուց հետո վերածվել է կոնյունկտուրչիկի, որևէ ռեալ հարց երբևէ չի լուծել։ Իսկ նախարար եղած ժամանակ մեծ դժգոհություն կար նրա նկատմամբ։
Հայրապետյանի և Արշակյանի հարաբերությունները լարվածություն են առաջացնում ՏՏ ոլորտում, անգամ խոսում են կլանների ստեղծման, միմյանց դեմ պայքարելու մասին։ Տեղեկություններն արդեն հասել են Փաշինյանին, որը ստիպված է լինելու առաջիկայում կոշտ միջոցների դիմել։
