Լևոն Քոչարյանի և Սերգեյ Ասատուրովի գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց

Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանի, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին, ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լեւոն Քոչարյանի եւ Հայաստանի եռամարտի ֆեդերացիայի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Ասատուրովի գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց՝ աշխատանքային ժամի լրանալու հիմնավորմամբ։
Հաջորդ դատական նիստը նշանակվեց նոյեմբերի 21-ին՝ 16։30։
Նշենք, որ այսօրվա դատական նիստին հարցաքննվում էր Լևոն Քոչարյանին ուժով բերման ենթարկած, սակայն այժմ տուժողի կարգավիճակ ստացած կարմիր բերետավոր Հրաչիկ Խաչատրյանը։
Նշենք, որ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերի 22-ին Երեւանում ընդդիմության ակցիայի ժամանակ բերման էր ենթարկվել, ավելի ուշ նրան մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց ոստիկանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար, թեեւ միջադեպը ֆիքսած տեսախցիկներում առկա տեսագրություններում ոստիկաններն իրեն են հարվածել: Լեւոն Քոչարյանը նույն օրն էլ ձերբակալվել, ապա կալանավորվել է 1 ամիս ժամկետով։ Նա ազատ արձակվեց մի քանի ամիս անց միայն պատգամավորական մանդատը ստանալուց հետո։
Լեւոն Քոչարյանի փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ իրենց պաշտպանյալը որեւէ հակաիրավական գործողություն չի արել, եւ, որ սա քաղաքական հետապնդում է նրա նկատմամբ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում փաստաբանները միջադեպից պարբերաբար տեսանյութեր են հրապարակել։ Օրինակ՝ տեսանյութերից մեկում երեւում է, որ Հրաչիկ Խաչատրյանը Լեւոն Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ խեղդելու հնարքով բռնություն է գործադրում, մյուս դրվագում Լեւոն Քոչարյանին ավտոմեքենայում ծեծի են ենթարկել։ Փաստաբանը պատմել են, որ երբ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը բերման է ենթարկվել ոստիկանական բաժին, նա խնդրել է բժշկական զննություն, սակայն մոտ կես ժամ իրավապահները մերժել են խնդրանքը։
Չնայած հրապարակված տեսագրություններին նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ Լեւոն Քոչարյանի եւ Սերգեյ Ասատուրովի նկատմամբ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (Պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելը)։
