5-ամյա տղային հայտնաբերել են մահացած վիճակում

Հետազոտության կրկնակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը հաստատեց հնգամյա Դալեր Բոբիևի մահվան պատճառը՝ Եկատերինբուրգում։ Փորձագետները եկան այն եզրակացության, որ երեխան մահացել է խեղդման պատճառով։
Պաշտոնական վարկածով, 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, Նաումովան ժապավենով կապել է իր խնամքի տակ գտնվող տղային, ծեծել նրան մետաղյա կոշիկի գդալով, ապա դրել է սառը ջրի լոգարանը և խեղդել։ Ավելի ուշ նա երեխայի մարմինը սպորտային պայուսակով դուրս է բերել բնակարանից և պահել վարձակալած ավտոտնակում՝ կես տարի շարունակ, մինչեւ հայտնել է նրա անհետացման մասին։
Ցավոք, հնարավոր չի եղել պարզել, արդյոք մարմնի վրա եղել են խոշտանգման հետքեր։ Սակայն գործի նյութերում կան լուսանկարներ և տեսանյութեր, որոնցում երևում են Դալերի բազմաթիվ ծեծվածությունների հետքեր՝ կապտուկներ և այրվածքներ նրա մարմնի վրա, կապկցման հետքեր, - ավելացրել է աղբյուրը։ - Ընդ որում, ֆիզիկական պատիժները ընտանիքում կիրառվել են միայն Դալերի նկատմամբ։ Նաումովան սկսել է վատ վերաբերվել երեխային այն բանից հետո, երբ նա կես տարի եղել է ընտանիքում։
Դատարանում Վերոնիկան հայտարարել է, որ չի ընդունում սպանության մեղադրանքը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Դալեր Բոբիևի անհետացման մասին հայտնի դարձավ 2023 թվականի հունիսին։ Հայտարարվել էր, որ նա դուրս է եկել տնից Երկրորդ Չերմետում և չի վերադարձել։ Հունիսի 29-ին տղայի մարմինը հայտնաբերվեց մահացած։ Նրա մարմինը գտնվում էր Նաումովայի վարձակալած ավտոտնակում գտնվող պայուսակում։ Պարզվեց, որ այդ ժամանակ երեխան արդեն կես տարի մահացած էր։
