IDBank-ը շարունակում է մասնաճյուղերի վերազինումն ու կատարելագործումը։ Բանկից տեղեկացնում են, որ վերաբացվել է Արաբկիր մասնաճյուղը։
IDBank-ի վաճառքների կազմակերպման և տարածքային կառավարման վարչության ղեկավար Արթուր Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ մասնաճյուղային ցանցի վերազինումը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է, որ Բանկի աշխատանքի և ուշադրության կենտրոնում միշտ հաճախորդն է։ «Մեր թվային հարթակների հնարավորություններն ընդլայնելուն զուգահեռ՝ չենք դադարում կատարելագործել մեր մասնաճյուղերը նրանց համար, ովքեր գերադասում են ֆիզիկապես գտնվել Բանկի մասնաճյուղում ու տեղում կատարել անհրաժեշտ գործարքները։ Հաճախորդի հարմարավետությունն ու կարիքները մեզ համար առաջնային են», - ասում է Արթուր Քոչարյանը։
IDBank-ի վաճառքների կազմակերպման և տարածքային կառավարման վարչության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Սմբատ Ավագյանի խոսքով ՝ նոր մասնաճյուղն էլ ավելի հարմարավետ է ու տեխնիկապես հագեցած, իսկ աշխատանքային շաբաթը՝ ավելի երկար։ «Մասնաճյուղում առկա են ժամանակակից բոլոր հարմարությունները արագ ու հարմարավետ սպասարկման համար։ Այստեղ տեղակայված է նաև IDBanking 24/7 շուրջօրյա սպասարկման գոտին, որի միջոցով կարող եք ընդամենը մի քանի հպումով կատարել բոլոր ֆինանսական գործարքները։ Բացի այդ, մասնաճյուղը կսպասարկի նաև շաբաթ օրը, որպեսզի աշխատանքային օրերին զբաղված մեր հաճախորդները ևս հնարավորություն ունենան կատարել իրենց անհրաժեշտ գործարքները», - ասում է Սմբատ Ավագյանը։
«Արաբկիր» մասնաճյուղի հասցեն է Կոմիտասի պողոտա 56/162։ Այս պահին IDBank-ն ունի արդեն 15 մասնաճյուղ՝ Երևանում, Էջմիածնում, Վանաձորում, Գյումրիում, Աբովյանում և Հրազդանում։
