2024թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության սահմանին տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման պետական հանձնաժողովի տասներորդ հանդիպումը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևի նախագահությամբ: Հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում, վերոնշյալ Հանձնաժողովների համատեղ գործունեության մասին 2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ին ստորագրված Կանոնակարգի 7-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն, Կողմերը փոխանակվել են իրենց պետությունների կողմից՝ Կանոնակարգի ուժի մեջ մտնելու համար անհրաժեշտ ներպետական ընթացակարգերի իրականացման մասին ծանուցումներով:
Հաշվի առնելով, որ Կանոնակարգի 7-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսվում է, որ այն ուժի մեջ է մտնում այդպիսի ընթացակարգերն ավարտելու մասին վերջին գրավոր ծանուցումը ստանալու օրը՝ Կողմերը արձանագրել են, որ նշված Կանոնակարգն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին:
Կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել սահմանազատման աշխատանքների հետագա իրականացման համար սահմանագծի հատվածների/հատվածամասերի հերթականության հարցի շուրջ:
Կողմերը քննարկել են սահմանազատման աշխատանքների իրականացման կարգի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան ուղեցույցների նախագծերը:
Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են աշխատանքային կարգով համաձայնեցնել հաջորդ հանդիպման անցկացման ամսաթիվն ու վայրը:
Հանձնաժողովների հանդիպման ավարտից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևն առանձին քննարկել են տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցություններին վերաբերող հարցեր:
