Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հայտարարել է, որ այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 1-ին, շատ դեպքերում մարդիկ պարզապես չեն վճարել տրանսպորտի ուղևորավարձը:

Այս համատեքստում նա շեշտել է, որ միջոցներ են կիրառվելու. «Գրանցել ենք, որ շատ դեպքերում տեղի են ունեցել չվճարումներ, բազմաթիվ նմանատիպ դեպքեր կան, երբ արձանագրում ենք՝ մարդիկ չեն վճարել, և այստեղ որոշակի միջոցներ և մեթոդներ կիրառելու ենք»:

Գործընթացը, ըստ Ավինյանի, կարևոր էր սկսել միասնական տոմսային համակարգին անցնելուց առաջ, որպեսզի բացահայտեին բոլոր խնդիրները։

«Հունվարի 1-ից ունենալու ենք ամբողջական աշխատող միասնական տոմսային համակարգ, և ավտոբուսի ներսում կանխիկ վճարումներ հնարավոր չի լինի անել: Շատ կարևոր էր այս գործընթացը սկսել հենց բուն, ամբողջական միասնական տոմսային համակարգին անցնելուց մի փոքր ավելի շուտ, մենք սկսել ենք այս գործընթացը 2 ամիս շուտ, որպեսզի բացահայտենք բոլոր խնդիրները, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ, և փաստի առաջ չկանգնենք հունվարի 1-ին»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է նա:

Հարցին, թե չվճարելու հանգամանքը միգուցե պայմանավորված է եղել տեխնիկական խնդրի հետ, Ավինյանն ասել է՝ ոչ, պարզապես չեն վճարել, ինչն ունենալու է իր համարժեք հետևանքն ու կանխարգելիչ քայլերը։

Նոյեմբերի 1-ից Երևանի հանրային տրանսպորտի ուղևորավարձի վճարումը պարտադիր պետք է կատարել 100 դրամանոց մետաղադրամի կամ ավտոբուսներում տեղադրված վճարային համակարգով QR կոդի միջոցով։
