Ալեքսանդր Սիրունյան. Մահացած ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի մոտ անհետացել էին լյարդն ու թոքերը

Ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի մահվան մեջ մեղադրվող Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոնի բժշկուհի Շուշանիկ Բախշյանի ջերմությունը չի իջնում: Այս մասին Aravot.am-ին ասաց նրա փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Սիրունյանը:
Տուժողի հարազատների պնդումներին ի պատասխան, թե բժշկուհու առողջական խնդիրներն ի հայտ եկան, որ դատարանը նրան ազատ արձակելու որոշում կայացնի՝ փաստաբանն ասաց, թե անիմաստ են նման խոսակցությունները. «Իմաստը ո՞րն է: Դատարանի որոշումն արդեն կար, ազատ է արձակվել, իմաստը ո՞րն է»:
Անդրադառնալով Երևան քաղաքի դատախազի ՝ 10-օրյա ժամկետում Վերաքննիչ դատարանում բժշկուհուն ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշումը բողոքարկելու նախաձեռնությանը, որով անօրինական էր համարվել «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի բժշկուհի Շուշանիկ Բախշյանի ձերբակալությունը, Ալեքսանդր Սիրունյանն ասաց. «Թող բողոքարկի: Նախ ուզում եմ, որ բողոքարկի, եթե չբողոքարկեցին, ամոթ իրենց: Որովհետեւ պարզվում է՝ դատախազության եփածն է, եթե հիմա բողոք չբերեն, պիտի ասեմ՝ իսկ ինչո՞ւ արեցիք, շարունակեք մինչեւ վերջ»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին պաշտոնապես մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Շուշանիկ Բախշյանի նկատմամբ: Նա մեղադրվում է ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի ու նրա նորածին դստեր մահվան մեջ: Այսինքն` Շուշանիկ Բախշյանը ցուցաբերել է անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունք, ինչի հետևանքով հղիության 35-րդ շաբաթում գտնվող Մերի Մարգարյանը մահացել է:
Փաստաբան Սիրունյանը պնդում է, որ իր պաշտպանյալն անմեղ է, բժշկուհին էլ չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Մեր հարցին, այս գործով ի՞նչ հանգամանքներ կան, որ դեռ հանրությանը հայտնի չեն, պարոն Սիրունյանն ասաց. «Լիքը բան, որոնք այս պահին չենք ուզում հրապարակել»:
Նա, առանց փակագծերը բացելու, ասաց, որ եղել են ոչ աշխատանքային օրեր եւ այդ օրերի ընթացքում է, որ ծննդկանին չեն հոսպիտալացրել:
Մեր հարցին, թե ձեր կարծիքով երկկողմանի թոքաբորբը երկու օրո՞ւմ է սրացել մահացած ծննդկանի մոտ, փաստաբանը շարունակեց. «Ինքը թոքաբորբից չի մահացել: Ինքը HELLP-ից է մահացել: Դա փորձագետի եզրակացության մեջ կա: Դա մի հիվանդություն է, որ միլիոնից մեկի մոտ է պատահում: Զարգանում է հղիության վերջին շրջանում, ժամերի ընթացքում ոչ թե փչանում են, այլ թոքերն ու լյարդն անհետանում են: Այս մահացածի մոտ գտել են մի փոքր մսի կտոր, ասել են՝ սա լյարդն է եղել, ասում են՝ սա էլ թոքերն է եղել»:
