Հանրահայտ ռուս բժիշկ և հեռուստահաղորդավար Ալեքսանդր Մյասնիկովը կոչ է արել չանտեսել տևական հազը, քանի որ այն կարող է վկայել վտանգավոր հիվանդությունների մասին։ Բժշկի խոսքով՝ ծխող մարդկանց մոտ նկատվող տևական հազը կարող է պայմանավորված լինե թոքերի քաղցկեղով, գրում է medikforum.ru կայքը։

«Եթե դուք թողել եք ծխելը, իսկ հազը դեռ պահպանվում է ավելի քան մեկ ամիս, ապա հարկավոր է համակարգչային շերտագրություն անել», — խորհուրդ է տվել մասնագետը՝ հավելելով, որ նման հազը կարող է հուշել քաղցկեղի մասին նաև այն դեպքում, երբ խորխի մեջ նկատվում են արյան հետքեր, մինչդեռ հիվանդի մոտ թոքաբորբ կամ թոքերի որևէ այլ վարակ չի հայտնաբերվել։

Բացի այդ, քաղցկեղի մասին հուշող ախտանշաններից մեկը կարող է լինել նաև քաշի ակամա կորուստը, որը ևս չի կարելի անտեսել։ Ինչպես շեշտել է Մյասնիկովը, հասարակ ռենտգենյան հետազոտությունը կարող է ցույց չտալ թոքերում առկա ուռուցքը, ուստի ախտանշանների առկայության դեպքում հարկավոր է ավելի մանրակրկիտ հետազոտություն անցնել։

Թոքերի քաղցկեղից բացի, տևական հազը կարող է հուշել նաև սրտամկանի հետ կապված խնդիրների մասին։ Եթե հազը չոր է լինում, չի մեղմվում,  ձեռք է բերում քրոնիկ բնույթ և պայմանավորված չի լինում շնչառական համակարգի հիվանդություններով, ապա հարկավոր է դիմել սրտաբանին։

«Արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի բարձր մակարդակի և շաքարի սահմանային մակարդակի դեպքում կարող են նկատվել սրտամկանի աշխատանքի խանգարումներ։ Մարդը սկսում է մի փոքր հազալ։ Սա քրոնիկ հազի ամենատարածված պատճառներից մեկն է», — նշել է Մյասնիկովը։
