Հայոց բանակի տոնը` հունվարի 28-ը, տոնական է լինելու հայրենիքի պաշտպանության դժվար, բայցև պատվաբեր գործը կատարող զինվորների համար: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մա մուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը, զորամասերում սպասվում են տոնական միջոցառումներ:«Այս օրը սովորաբար մեկ ժամ ուշ են արթնանում զինվորները, ֆիզիկական պատրաստության վարժություններ չեն կատարում: Փոփոխություններ են լինում նաև ճաշացանկում: Տարբեր մշակութային, քաղաքական գործիչներ, վերադաս հրամանատարությունից ներկայացուցիչներ հյուրընկալվում են զորամասերից շատերում: Հնարավոր են մշակութային միջոցառումներ, պատմական ֆիլմերի դիտում և այլն»,-ասաց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նշենք, որ բանակի տոնը հայ զինվորների համար տոն դարձնելու նպատակով, տարբեր անհատներ, հասարակական խմբեր կազմակերպում են այցելություններ զորամասեր, ինչպես նաև հյուրընկալվում են դիրքապահ զինվորներին: Դրանցից մեկն էլ Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի Բերդի գրասենյակի և ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր, Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուրցի Նարեկ Վարդանյանի կազմակերպած միջոցառումն է: «Տոն Տավուշի սահմանը հսկող զինվորներին» ֆեյսբուքյան իրադարձության միջոցով նրանք կոչ էին արել պատրաստել բացիկներ, հնարավորության դեպքում փոխանցել քաղցրավենիք, տաք գուլպա կամ մեկ այլ բան, որի կարիքը կարող է ունենալ զինվորը: Հունվարի 28-ին նախաձեռնող խումբը այց կկատարի Տավուշի մարզի Բերդի զորամաս, որտեղ տեղի կունենա տոնական համերգ, այնուհետև կայցելեն նաև սահմանները հսկող դիրքապահ զինվորներին: 

Հունվարի 28-ը Հայկական բանակի կազմավորման օրն է, այն 24 տարեկան է: 1992թ. հունվարի 28-ին Կառավարությունը ընդունեց «Հայաստանի ՀանրապետությանՊաշտպանության նախարարության մասին» պատմական որոշում` դրանով իսկ իրավականորեն ազդարարելով Հայոց Ազգային բանակի ստեղծումը: 1992թ.-ի մայիսինպաշտպա նության նախարարությունը սկսեց առաջին զորակոչը հանրապետության տարածքում` հիմք դնելով բանակը ժամկետային զինծառայողներով համալրելուկայուն ավանդույթին:
