Ադրբեջանը չի միացել Թուրքիայի նախաձեռնությանը

«Անադոլուն» հայտնում է, որ նոյեմբերի 1-ին Թուրքիայի նախաձեռնությամբ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարին է փոխանցվել հիսուներկու պետությունների ստորագրությամբ նամակ, որ առաջարկում է քննարկել Իսրայելին սպառազինություններ և զինամթերք վաճառքի միջազգային արգելք սահմանելու հարցը և ընդունել համապատասխան որոշում:Նամակում խոր մտահոգություն է հայտնվում Պաղեստինի գրավյալ տարածքներում, Գազայում և Լիբանանում բռնության էսկալացիայի և միջազգային իրավունքի խախտման կապակցությամբ, որ կարող է տարածվել Մերձավոր Արևելքի այլ շրջաններում:
Այդ կապակցությամբ «Հյուրիեթին» տված հարցազրույցում Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆիդանը բացահայտել է Իսրայելի ռազմական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական Անկարայի եզրակացությունը: «Իսրայելը մտադրված է Գազայի հատվածի պաղեստինցիներին բռնատեղահանել Եգիպտոս, իսկ Արևմտյան ափի բնակիչներին՝ Հորդանան»,-ասել է թուրքական դիվանագիտության ղեկավարը:Ի՞նչ ընթացք կունենա հիսուներկու երկրների նամակ-դիմումի քննարկումը: Անվտանգության խորհրդում որևէ արդյունքի հասնելու հավանականությունը զրոյական է: Իսրայելի սպառազինությունների և զինամթերքի առաջին մատակարարն ԱՄՆ-ն է, որը, անկասկած, վետոյի իրավունքից կօգտվի և կարգելափակի որևէ բանաձևի ընդունում:
Ի դեպ, նամակն ստորագրել են ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ մշտական անդամներ Ռուսաստանը և Չինաստանը: Ֆրանսիան և Մեծ Բրիտանիան չեն միացել: Եվրոպական երկրներից Թուրքիայի նախաձեռնությանը միացել է միայն Նորվեգիան: Նամակն ստորագրել են Իրաքը, Իրանը, Պակիստանը, Սաուդյան Արաբիան, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները, հետխորհրդային երկրներից՝ Ղազախստանը և Ղրղզստանը, իսկ Ուզբեկստանը՝ ոչ:Թուրքիայի նախաձեռնության օգտին հանդես են եկել Արաբական երկրների լիգան և Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը: Ամենաուշագրավն այն է, որ նամակը չի ստորագրել Ադրբեջանը, ինչպես նաև Թուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպությունը:
