կաթնաշոռ – 200 գր
շաքարավազ – 50 գր
ալյուր – 1 ճ/գդ
կոկոսի քերուկ – 1-2 ճ/գդ
վանիլին – 1 թ/գդ

Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Փափկած կարագը տրորում ենք շաքարավազի հետ։ Ավելացնում ենք թթվասերը, աղը և խառնում։

  2. Ավելացնում ենք փխրեցուցիչի հետ խառնած ալյուրը և գդալով խառնում։
    Խմորը պետք է ստացվի փափուկ և ենթարկվող։ Այդ պատճառով կարող է անհրաժեշտ լինել ալյուրի տարբեր քանակություն` կախված դրա խոնավակլանման հատկությունից։ Կարևորը` խիտ և պինդ խմոր չստացվի։ Խմորը 20-30 րոպեով դնում ենք սառնարանը։

  3. Պատրաստում ենք միջուկը:
    Բանանը պատառաքաղով ճզմում ենք ցանկալի է այնպես, որ ոչ թե լիովին համասեռ զանգված ստանանք, այլ ոչ մեծ կտորներ մնան ։ Ավելացնում ենք միջուկի մնացած բաղադրիչները։ Ցանկալի է վերցնել փափուկ, միասեռ, մածուկանման կաթնաշոռ։ Եթե ձեռքի տակ այդպիսի կաթնաշոռ չունենք, կարող ենք եղածը անցկացնել մանր մաղով և մի փոքր թթվասեր ավելացնել։ Լավ խառնում ենք, և միջուկը պատրաստ է։

  4. Խմորը բաժանում ենք 12 մասի։ Ամեն մասն առանձին գրտնակում ենք։

  5.  Շերտի վրա լցնում ենք միջուկի 1/12 մասը։ Եզրերը զգուշորեն միացնում ենք, որպեսզի ստացվի երկարավուն պատրաստվածք։ Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մատերը կարելի է ալյուրոտել։

  6. Պատրաստվածքը շրջում ենք այնպես, որ միացման հատվածը դեպի ներքև լինի և եզրերը ծռում ենք այնպես, որ բանանի տեսք ստանա։ Նույն գործողությունը կատարում ենք մնացած խմորի և միջուկի հետ։
    Կարկանդակները շարում ենք յուղաթղթով ծածկած տապակի վրա։

  7. Դնում ենք 180 աստիճան տաքացված ջեռոցում և թխում մոտավորապես 20-30 րոպե, կամ այնքան , մինչև խմորը մեղմ ոսկեգույն դառնա։
    Թողնում ենք կարկանդակները սառչեն, ապա մատուցում ենք:

Այսպիսի կարկանդակներ շատերն են սիրում դեռ մանկուց, սակայն այս մեկը ոչ միայն բանանի յուրահատուկ տեսք ունի, այլև հենց այդ մրգի շատ համեղ միջուկ:)
