«Ժողովուրդ թերթի խմբագրություն» ՍՊԸ-ն հերքում է թերթում, ArmLur.am կայքում 2024 թվականի մարտի 5-ին հրապարակված՝ «Ալեն Սիմոնյանի քավորին իշխանությունն օգնում է, բնությունը՝ խանգարում. Ծաղկաձորի «Պալլադան» խնդիրներ ունի» վերնագրով հոդվածում և Youtube-ում հրապարակված տեսանյութը, քանի որ ընկերությունից ArmLur.am-ը ստացել է համապատասխան երկրաֆիզիկական եզրակացությունը, որ բնակելի թաղամասը ընդերքի խնդիր չունի։
Նշենք, որ ըստ լուրերի՝ ««Պալլադա Ծաղկաձոր» բազմաֆունկցիոնալ բնակելի համալիրը լուրջ շինարարական խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնած։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին տեղեկություններ էին հասել, որ դեռ նախորդ տարի՝ շինության հիմքը փորելիս, պարզվել է, որ շենքի նախատեսած հիմքում՝ մակերեսից 20 եւ ավելի մետր խորության վրա գետ է հայտնաբերվել, որն էլ խաթարել է շինարարության ընթացքը: Բացի այդ՝ կան նաեւ սողանքներ»: «….ArmLur.am-ը տեղեկացավ, որ «Պալլադա Ծաղկաձոր» բնակելի թաղամասը, ստորգետնյա գետերի հետ կապված խնդրից բացի, եւս մեկ խնդիր ունի. ըստ հետազոտությունների՝ Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքի հողային շերտը ամբողջությամբ սողանքներ են,» «… Նկատենք, որ արտոնյալ շինարարներին իշխանությունն օգնում է. շինթույլտվությունը տալիս են շինաշխատանքները սկսելուց հետո, բայց բնությունը խանգարում է, քանի որ սողանքներն ու ստորգետնյա ջրերը արգելում կամ դժվարացնում են շինաշխատանքները, որոնք, ըստ նախագծի, ավարտվելու են 2027 թվականին. համենայն դեպս բնակարանները շահագործման են հանձնվելու 2027 թվականի սկզբին»:
Ավելին,«Պալադա Ծաղկաձոր» ՍՊԸ-ից ArmLur.am-ին հայտնել էին, որ ընկերությունը ընդերքային որևէ խնդիր չունի, աշխատանքները նախատեսված ձևով ընթանում են և որ նախատեսված ժամկետներում կհանձնվեն նաև պատրաստի բնակարանները:
«Անիմաստ խոսակցություններ են տարածվել, ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի մեր ընկերության անունից հանդես գալու, մենք նաև մասնագիտական եզրակցություններ ունենք, որ ընդերքային խնդիրներ չկան: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կհասնենք նրան, որ նման լուրեր տարածողները ներողություն խնդրեն: Մեր ընկերության անունն ու բարի համբավը շատ թանկ է մեզ համար և մեր գնորդներն ու ապագա գնորդները կարող են վստահ լինել դրանում»,- հայտնել են ընկերությունից:
