Լավ հիշում եք, որ «հեղափոխության» առաջին ամիսներին, երբ մարդկանց մոտ էյֆորիկ վիճակները շատ բարձր էր, խոստանում էին ամեն գնով հասնել բուհերի ապաքաղաքական վիճակի։ 
 
2018-2019 թվականներին խոստանում էին, որ բուհերի կառավարման խորհուրդներում չպիտի լինեն քաղաքական կուսակցության կամ պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձինք, այլ պետք է լինեն տվյալ ոլորտի մասնագետներ, այն ինչ այժմ մի քանի բուհերի օրինակով փորձենք հասկանալ։
