Մեղրաշենի 30-ամյա բնակչի սպանության համար մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել նրա 29-ամյա համագյուղացուն

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի և Անիի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ նոյեմբերի 2–ին Շիրակի մարզի Մեղրաշեն բնակավայրի 30–ամյա բնակչի սպանության բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

2024թ․ նոյեմբերի 2-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Մեղրաշեն գյուղից «Արթիկ բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերություն է տեղափոխվել նույն բնակավայրի 30–ամյա բնակչի դին՝ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք, կենսաբանական մահ» ախտորոշմամբ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Քրեական վարույթով կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերցվել են տեսանկարահանող սարքի տեսագրություններ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, կատարվել առգրավումներ։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված քննչական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 30–ամյա տղամարդը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքները ստացել է նշված օրը՝  ժամը 18:30-ից 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Մեղրաշեն բնակավայրի կենտրոնական հատվածի ցայտաղբյուրի մոտ գտնվող զրուցարանում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ՝ նույն համայնքի 29–ամյա բնակչի կողմից։

Հիշյալ հանցանքը կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով վերջինս ձերբակալվել է։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին՝ նրա նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է։ Նրան ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք, և միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ։

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
