Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի 52 պատգամավոր պահանջում է հայ գերիների ազատ արձակում

ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Հայ Դատի Կենտրոնական Գրասենյակը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է.

«Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի 52 պատգամավոր, ի թիվս այլնի, պահանջում է հայ գերիների ազատ արձակում

Վերջին շրջանում ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների շրջանում ծավալուն աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել, որոնք COP 29-ին ընդառաջ, միտված էին բարձրացնելու նրանց իրազեկվածությունը Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների և բնապահպանական խնդիրների վերաբերյալ։ Կատարված աշխատանքների արդյունքում Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի թվով 52 պատգամավորներ ստորագրել են հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին կոչ են անում անհապաղ ազատ արձակել հայ ռազմագերիներին, երաշխավորել Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանությունը, ադրբեջանական զինուժը դուրս բերել ՀՀ օկուպացված տարածքներից։

Հայտարարությունը ստորագրած պատգամավորները ներկայացնում են Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի հիմնական քաղաքական խմբերը, կան նաև անկախ պատգամավորներ։

Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների կողմից ընդունված հայտարարության առթիվ ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակի նախագահ Գասպար Կարապետյանը նկատել է․

«Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանի անդամների այս կոչը հստակ ազդանշան է՝ ուղղված թե՛ Ադրբեջանին, թե՛ ԵՄ ղեկավարությանը COP29-ից անմիջապես առաջ։ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը շարունակաբար աշխատում է խորհրդարանի անդամների հետ՝ հայտարարության մեջ ընդգրկված հարցերի վերաբերյալ, և մենք երախտապարտ ենք նրանց, ինչպես նաև Եվրոպական խորհրդարանին առհասարակ՝ արդարության ձայնը լինելու համար։ Ավելորդ է ասել, որ Հայ դատի գրասենյակը, որպես եվրոպական համայնքային կազմակերպություն, կշարունակի աշխատել, որպեսզի հաշվետվողականության և ազդեցիկ քայլերի մղի ԵՄ գործադիր իշխանություններին։

Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարության հայերեն թարգմանությունն ամբողջությամբ։

Հայտարարություն՝ Բաքվում կայանալիք COP 29-ին ընդառաջ

2024 թ. նոյեմբերին Ադրբեջանում կայանալիք COP29 համաժողովին ընդառաջ մենք ցանկանում ենք ընդգծել, որ բացի կլիմայի վերաբերյալ ազդեցիկ և նշանակալից համաժողով լինելուց, այն նաև իր մեջ ներառում է հավատարմություն արդարության և մարդկային արժանապատվության սկզբունքներին: Ուստի ընդունող երկրի, այս դեպքում՝ Ադրբեջանի համար պետք է առաջնեհրթ նշանակություն լինի հավատարմությունն այս սկզբունքներին:

Համաձայն Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի կողմից 2021 թ․ մայիսից ընդունված համապատասխան բանաձևերի և զեկույցների՝ մենք Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը կոչ ենք անում.

· անհապաղ և անվերապահորեն ազատ արձակել Բաքվում պահվող բոլոր հայ ռազմագերիներին, պատանդներին և գերիներին, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը

· Ապահովել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգությունը, ներառյալ վանքերը, խաչքարերը, մնան անձեռնմխելի և զերծ «ալբանացումից», ինչպես նաև պատմության վերախմբագրումից

· ձեռնպահ մնալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ սպառնալիքներից և ցանկացած ագրեսիայից, դուրս բերել ադրբեջանական զինուժը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օկուպացված տարածքներից։

Ավելին, մենք ԵՄ խորհրդին, Հանձնաժողովին, ԵՄ արտաքին հարաբերությունների և անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով բարձր ներկայացուցչին կոչ ենք անում հաշվի առնել Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված վերոհիշյալ բանաձևերն և գործել դրանց ոգուն համապատասխան»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
