Բանակի օրը բոլորիս տոնն է: Չկա մեկը, ով չհպարտանա հայկական բանակով: Չկա մեկն, ով չգիտակցի, որ մեր անկախության, մեր անվտանգության, խաղաղ կյանքի թիվ մեկ գրավականը մեր հզոր բանակն է: Նման կարծիք հայտնեց Ազգային ժողովի Հանրապետական խմբակցության անդամ Խոսրով Հարությունյանը:
«Ուստի շնորհավորենք միմյանց: Տոնի առթիվ շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս, ամբողջ հայությանը: Հատկապես այս պահին, այս օրերին սահմանը պահող երիտասարդներին, հրամանատարական կազմին, և նրանց ծնողներին: Այն բոլոր մայրերին, ովքեր ծնել են հերոս զավակներ: Մեր որդիներին, մեր զավակներին մաղթում եմ հաջողություններ արիություն, խիզախություն և անկասկած առողջություն ու ընտանեկան մեծ երջանկություն»,-ասաց Խոսրով Հարությունյանը:
Սահմանային որոշ հատվածներում մեր բանակն այսօր գտնվում է ռազմական գործողությունների մեջ, պարբերաբար հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքեր են գրանցվում: Չնայած դժվարություններին, տղաներն ամեն օր քրտնաջան աշխատանքով փայլուն կատարում են իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Ազգային ժողովի «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության անդամ Թևան Պողոսյանը:
«Այնպիսի օրեր ենք ապրում, երբ Հայոց բանակը պարբերաբար իր հաղթանակն է կերտում: Պետք է միշտ կարողանանք հիշել մեր անմահացած հերոսներին, այնպես անել, որ մեր բոլոր վիրավորներն արագ ապաքինվեն, իսկ բանակում տիրի միայն համերաշխությունը: Այդ հերոսական ոգեշնչմամբ շարունակենք հաղթանակներ ամրագրել»,-ասաց Թևան Պողոսյանը: Նրա խոսքով, մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ապրի այն գիտակցությամբ, որ այսօր բանակը ռազմական գործողություններ մեջ է: Սխալ որոշումը կարող է վնասել բանակին, կոռուպցիոն ռիսկով պայմանավորված քայլերը կարող են վնաս ել Զինված ուժերին, սահմանին կանգնած տղաներին:
Թևան Պողոսյանը նշեց, որ գրանցված հաջողություններից բացի, կան բանակին առնչվող մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնք լուծում են պահանջում: Մասնավորպես, զինվորների սոցիալական վիճակին, վիրավորների ապաքինմանը վերաբերող խնդիրները, սպառազինության արդիականացման հարցերը և այլն:
«Մաղթում եմ, որ 2016 թվականին ճիշտ աշխատանքով այդ խնդիրներին իսկապես կարողանանք լուծումներ գտնել: Հպարտանանք ոչ միայն նրանով, որ բանակն իր առջև դրված խնդիրները փայլուն է կատարել, անառիկ է պահել սահմանները, այլև որ 2017 թվական մուտք գործելիս կարողացել ենք, թեկուզ որոշ խդիրներին լուծում տալ: Իհարկե, մաղթում եմ նաև կապույտ երկինք, խաղաղություն, բարի ծառայություն: Ոչ միայն սահմանի տղաները, այլև յուրաքանչյուրս մեր տեղում լինենք դուխով, չընկճվենք»,-ավելացրեց Թևան Պողոսյանը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը հունվարի 28-ին նշում է հայկական բանակի կազմավորման 24-րդ տարեդարձը: 1992թ. հունվարի 28-ին Կառավարությունը ընդունեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության նախարարության մասին» պատմական որոշում` դրանով իսկ իրավականորեն ազդարարելով Հայոց Ազգային բանակի ստեղծումը: 1992թ.-ի մայիսին պաշտպանության նախարարությունը սկսեց առաջին զորակոչը հանրապետության տարածքում` հիմք դնելով բանակը ժամկետային զինծառայողներով համալրելու կայուն ավանդույթին:
