Ричард Гир продал свой дом в Нью-Канаане, штат Коннектикут, за 10,75 млн долларов и заявил о переезде в Испанию.
По данным New Canaan Advertiser, Гир купил дом с шестью спальнями у Пола Саймона и Эди Брикелл, которые владели им в течение 17 лет.
Дом, построенный в 1938 году, может похвастаться 11 ванными комнатами, гостевым коттеджем с тремя спальнями, бассейном и несколькими садами, разбросанными по всей территории площадью 32 акра, расположенной среди густых деревьев.
Еще в апреле актер открыто заявил о желании покинуть США и переехать в Испанию со своей женой Алехандрой, чтобы она могла проводить больше времени со своими родственниками. 41-летняя Алехандра родом из Ла-Коруньи.
Пара планирует взять с собой за границу своих двух детей — Александра, пяти лет, и Джеймса, четырех лет. Хотя американский актер взволнован этим «великим приключением», он, как говорят, все еще сохраняет свой загородный дом в Нью-Йорке.
