Սեպտեմբերի 19-ին ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել, որը բուռն քննարկումների առարկա է դարձել։ 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրել էինք, ՔՊ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր, փաստաբան Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանի կինը՝ գինեկոլոգ Հռիփսիմե Գրիգորյանը, Ռուբինյանց փողոցում իր վարած «Տոյոտա» 08 RG 808 ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի էր ենթարկել 78-ամյա Սիլվարդ Վարդանյանին, ով մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ: Ցավոք, կինը նույն օրը մահացել էր, իսկ դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Մեկ ամիս առաջ MediaHub-ը հետաքրքրվել էր, թե ինչ զարգացումներ կան գործով և պարզել, որ քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկվող անձ չկա, այսինքն` մահացու վրաերթ կատարելուց հետո ՔՊ–ականի կինը շարունակել է բնականոն կյանքը, աշխատանքի հաճախել։

MediaHub-ին բացառիկ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել ողբերգությունից: Մեզ ասացին, որ վրաերթի ենթարկված 78-ամյա Սիլվարդ Վարդանյանը փողոցն անցնելիս է եղել, որպեսզի նստեր դստեր մեքենան, և մահվան ելքով վրաերթը հենց դստեր աչքի առաջ է տեղի ունեցել:   

«Դուստրը, որ մորը սպասելիս է եղել ճանապարհի մյուս հատվածում, նկատել է արագ ընթացող մեքենան, ֆիքսել, որ ղեկին նստած կինը հեռախոսին է նայելիս եղել և զգուշացրել է մորը: Սիլվարդը հասցրել է հետքայլ անել, որպեսզի մեքենան անցնի, սակայն ՔՊ–ականի կինը՝ Հռիփսիմե Գրիգորյանը, ըստ երևույթի, այնքան զբաղված է եղել հեռախոսով, որ մեքենան ձախ գնալով, առանց արգելակելու ուժեղ հարվածել է հետիոտն Սիլվարդ Վարդանյանին և միայն այդ ժամանակ արգելակել»,- պատմեց մեզ մեր զրուցակիցը։

Նա նշեց, որ դեպքից հետո Սիլվարդի դուստրը շտապել է մեքենայի մոտ, սակայն, վարորդը՝ Հռիփսիմե Գրիգորյանը, նույնիսկ մեքենայից չի իջել, որպեսզի տեսնի, թե ինչով կարող է օգնել այն կնոջը, որին րոպե առաջ վրաերթի էր ենթարկել: Մեզ ասացին, որ նրա այդ սառնասրտությունը հավաքված բոլոր մարդկանց ծայրահեղ զարմացրել է: 

Ի դեպ, մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով, ՔՊ–ականի կինն այնքան «զբաղված է», որ անգամ հրաժարվել է ներկայանալ հարցաքննության, որից հետո քննիչը ստիպված կայացրել է բերման ենթարկելու որոշում, սակայն Հռիփսիմե Գրիգորյանը դրան էլ չի ենթարկվել, և միայն տուժող կողմի փաստաբանի միջնորդությամբ մեղադրանք առաջադրելուց հետո ստիպված ներկայացել է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտե: Նրա նկատմամբ  խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել  բացակայելու արգելքը։

Նշանակվել է փորձաքննություն՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու համար։ Իսկ ամենաուշագրավն այն է, որ այսքանից հետո վրաերթ ենթարկող կողմը, տուժողի դստեր դեմ, որի աչքի առաջ մորը վրաերթի են երթարկել, և վերջինս մահացել է, հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել։

Հիշեցնենք, 2020 թվականի մայիսի 11-ին Բաղրամյան պողոտայում քաղաքացին արագ ընթացող հեծանիվով սլացել էր այն ժամանակ պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանի կողքով։ Հեծանվորդ Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը նույն թվականի մայիսի 12-ին դատախազի ցուցումով ձերբակալվել էր:
