ԱԺ նախագահը և ՔՊ պատգամավորներն առաջարկում են հաստատել ՀՀ օրհներգի կարճ և միասնական տարբերակը

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանն ու Թագուհի Ղազարյանը նախաձեռնել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրհներգի մասին օրենքում փոփոխություններ, որոնք ուղղված են օրհներգի միասնական և կարճ տարբերակների հաստատմանը։
Նախագիծը շրջանառության մեջ է Ազգային ժողովի կայքէջում։
Նախագծի նպատակն է սահմանել օրհներգի կատարման միասնական, պաշտոնական ձայնագրությունը, որը կօգտագործվի միջազգային մարզական, մշակութային և այլ միջոցառումների ժամանակ։ Այս փոփոխությունը կբացառի ներկայումս առկա տարբերակները՝ ապահովելով հստակություն և միասնականություն։
Նախագծում առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն է տրվում օրհներգի կարճ խմբագրությամբ տարբերակին, որն օգտակար կլինի այն միջոցառումներում, որտեղ անհրաժեշտ է պահպանել ժամանակի սահմանափակումները։
Օրինագիծը կառավարությանը լիազորում է պաշտոնապես հաստատել կարճ տարբերակը՝ այն համապատասխանեցնելով օրհներգի երաժշտության և տեքստի պաշտոնական տարբերակին։
Նախագծով նախատեսվում է նաև փոփոխություն կատարել օրհներգի տեքստում, որով այն կավարտվի հետևյալ քառատողով՝
«Նայիր նրան՝ երեք գույնով
Նվիրական մեկ նշան,
Թող փողփողի թշնամու դեմ,
Թող միշտ պանծա Հայաստան»։
Այսպիսով, պատգամավորները առաջարկում են հանել հետևյալ քառատողը՝
«Ամենայն տեղ մահը մի է,
Մարդ մի անգամ պիտ մեռնի,
Բայց երանի, որ յուր ազգի
Ազատության կզոհվի»։
Նշվում է, որ այս տարբերակը արդեն կիրառվել է որոշ միջոցառումների ժամանակ և դրական ընդունելություն է գտել հանրության կողմից։
Նախաձեռնությունը հնարավորություն կտա հստակեցնել օրհներգի պաշտոնական տարբերակի և դրա կարճ տարբերակի օգտագործման դեպքերը՝ ավելի հստակ սահմանելով ազգային խորհրդանիշի կիրառման կարգը։
