ԵԽԽՎ-ում Սարսանգի ջրամբարում կուտակվող Թարթառ գետի ջրերի տնօրինման վերաբերյալ ադրբեջանական բանաձեւն ընդունվել է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այդ գետի ջրերի տնօրինման խնդիրը միջազգայնացվեց: Սա վտանգավոր նախադեպ է, քանի որ մեր երկրից սկիզբ առնող գետերի ջրերի տնօրինման վերաբերյալ ադրբեջանցիները կարող են նույն պատճառաբանությամբ ներկայացել նմանօրինակ այլեւայլ պահանջներ եւ չեզոքացնել իր վրա մեր միակ ազդեցության լծակը : Ուղղակի անհասկանալի է, թե ԵԽԽՎ-ի մեր պատգամավորներն ինչո՞ւ չեն օգտագործում Ադրբեջանի կողմից արդեն ավելի քան 25 տարի Հայաստանի շրջափակման փաստը:

Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանը երբեւէ որեւէ նախագիծ չի ներկայացրել որեւէ միջազգային կազմակերպության այս հանրահայտ փաստի վերաբերյալ: Պատերազմական դրության հե՞տ է կապված: Է՛, եթե դուք ճանապահները փակում էք հայերին պատժելու համար, ապա մենք էլ մեզ իրավունք ենք վերապահում մեր երկրից ձեր երկիր եկող ջուրը կտրելով ձեզ պատժել: Ի դեպ, այդ պատերազմական դրությունը ստեղծելու նախաձեռնողը եղել է Ադրբեջանը, որը է պատերազմական գործողությունների միջոցով հայերին դուրս մղել հայրենի գավառից: Այստեղ մեր քաղաքագետ-գիտունիկներին հուշենք, որ ոչ մի նշանակություն չունի այն, որ միջազգային փաստաթղթերում անդրադարձ չկա որեւ երկրի կողմից իր հարեւանին շրջափակելու վերաբերյալ: Հայաստանի դեմ ԵԽԽՎ-ի ընդունած բանաձեւն էլ անօրինական է քանի որ Հայաստանը ոչ մի կապ չունի Սարսանգի ու Թարթառ գետի հետ եւ ԵԽԽՎ-ի պատգամավորները պետք է քարտեզները լավ ուսումնասիրեն, նախքան Ադրբեջանին իրենց քվեն ծախելը:
