Կրակոց է հնչել ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավորին պատկանող «Վեդի ալկո» գործարանում․ վիրավոր կա

Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 8-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում, ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանության վարչությունում և քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի քրեական ոստիկանության վարչությունում համատեղ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արարատի մարզի Գինեվետ գյուղում կրակոց է հնչել և վիրավորը հրազենային վնասվածքով տեղափոխվել է «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Գինեվետ գյուղում պարզվել է, որ ստացած օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի են։ Նշված գյուղում գործող Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, գործարար «Վեդի ալկոյի Մանվել» մականվամբ Մանվել Ղազարյանին պատկանող «Վեդի ալկո»-ի տարածքում է հրազենային վնասված ստացել քաղաքացին։
Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության Վեդիի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ֆիլիպպ Ստեփանյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արարատի մարզ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Գրիգոր Բաբաջանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աբել Վարդանյանի, վաշտի հարամանտար Գարուշ Սարգսյանի, վաշտի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Սահակ Թադևոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողները պարզել են, որ «Աստղիկ» բժկական կենտրոն տեղափոխվածը Երևանի բնակիչ 49-ամյա Սերգեյ Հ․-ն է, ով հիվանդանոց է ընդունվել «ձախ սրունքի հրազենային վիրավորում» ախտորոշմամբ։
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նոյեմբերի 8-ին, ժամը 01։40-ի սահմաններում Սերգեյ Հ․-ին ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների հրազենային վնասվածքը պատճառել է Արարատի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 49-ամյա Գառնիկ Խ․-ն՝ «Վեդի ալկո» ընկերության տարածքում։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է արնանման հետքեր, իսկ ոստիկանների կողմից տարած բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ Գառնիկ Խ․-ն ներկայացել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն՝ իր հետ բերելով նաև հանցագործության գործիք համարվող հրազենը։
Դեպքի փաստով Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նաև դեպքի հետ կապված ունեն մի քանի կասկածներ, սակայն նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով այ պահին որոշ մանրամասներ չենք հայտնում։
