2020 թվականի այս օրը ստորագրվեց Արցախը հանձնելու կապիտուլյացիոն պայմանագիրը։
 
2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՀՀ գործող վարչապետը, ՌԴ և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները ստորագրեցին «Եռակողմ հայտարարություն» կոչված փաստաթութղթը, որը դարձավ անդառնալի կորուստների, նոր զիջումների և նվաստացումների սկիզբը։
 
Այսօր մենք ունենք հայաթափված Արցախ, ռազմագերիներ Բաքվում, Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացրած ՀՀ տարածքներ, միաժամանակ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է նոր պահանջներ ներկայացնել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին։
 
Ադրբեջանը՝ Թուրքիայի հետ միասին, բացահայտ իրականացնում են Հայաստանի չլինելու ծրագիրը։ Դրան է միտված նաև այսպես կոչված «Խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը», որի մի շարք կետեր ադրբեջանական կողմը հանրայնացրել է։
 
Մասնավորապես, Հայաստանը պետք է փոփոխություններ կատարի իր Սահմանադրության մեջ։
Հայաստանը չպետք է ունենա լուրջ բանակ։
 
Ադրբեջանը պետք է ՀՀ սահմաններին զբաղեցնի գերիշխող դիրքերը՝ մեկընդմիշտ վերահսկողություն սահմանելով ռազմավարական նշանակության ճանապարհների վրա։
 
Հայաստանի վրա պետք է դրվեն ռեպարացիոն պարտավորություններ՝ փոխհատուցելու Ադրբեջանին իբրև թե հասցված 50 և ավելի մլրդ դոլարի վնասը։
 
Այս պահանջներից բացի թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը Հայասատանի գործող իշխանություններին պարտադրում է վերանայել Սփյուռքի հետ կապերը, մոռանալ անցյալը՝ բացառալեով Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք համակարգը։
 
Այս գահավիժման դեմն առնելու ճանապարհը մեկն է՝ համախմբել համահայկական ներուժը' վերականգնելու ազգային արժանապատվությունը, ունեցած հնարավորություններն ու հեղինակությունը։
 
Հակառակ պարագայում Հայաստանին սպառնում է ամբողջական և վերջնական կապիտուլյացիա։
