Արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ SHAMSHYAN.com-ն ահազանգեր է ստանում քաղաքացիներից, ովքեր իրենց անհանգստությունն ու զայրույթն են հայտնում, որ Երևանում՝ Սիլիկյան 12 փողոցում, խմելու ջուրը մեկ ամսից ավելի է՝ անխնա հոսում է, իսկ պատկան մարմինները ոչ մի միջոց չեն ձեռնարկում ջրի կորուստը կանխելու համար։
Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 10-ին, նույն վիճակն է ու զարմանալի է, որ խմելու ջուրն անխնա հոսում է ջրի խողովակի վթարվելու պատճառով, իսկ խողովակի վրա չգիտես ում դարակազմիկ խելքով է անցել, որ պետք է շինություն կառուցվի ու հիմա հենց այդ ջրախողովակի վրա էլ վեր է խոյացել պեմզաբլոկե շինությունը։
Դեպքի վայրում մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին.
«Մեկ ամսի ավելի կլինի, ինչ խմելու ջուրը կորչում է։ Զանգահարել ենք «Վեոլիա ջուր», ասել են՝ ով «տրուբայի» վրա շենք ա գցել, ինքն ա դրա պատասխանատուն։ Զանգահարում ենք քաղաքապետարան, ասում են՝ էդ հարցով դիմեք թաղապետարան, դիմում ենք թաղապետարան, նրանք էլ ասում են՝ էդ հարցով դիմեք «Վեոլիա ջուր»։ Լրիվ կարծես հայտնվել ենք «աջ ձեռքը չգիտի՝ ինչ է անում ձախ ձեռքը» իրավիճակում։
Սաղ աշխարհը պայքարում է ջրի կորստի դեմ, իսկ մեզ մոտ ջուրն անխնա կորում է ու պատկան մարմիններին զգուշացնում ենք, որ եկեք, դրա դեմն առեք, սակայն մեզ խրախուսելու փոխարեն, որ իրենց տեղեկացրել ենք վթարի մասին, ասում են շատ եք զանգում, մի անհանգստացրեք, լրիվ «ուղեղից թոփալի» պատասխան»։
