Իրավապաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը գրում է. «Շաբաթը սկսենք լավ լուրով՝ «Կոշիկի (ոտնամանի) գործով» հսկող դատախազը, քննիչի միջնորդությամբ, դադարեցրել է Արցախի Վանք գյուղից Նարեկ Թևոսյանի դեմ քրեական հետապնդումը՝ հավաքի մասնակիցներին նյութապես շահագրգռելու հոդվածով։ Պարզ ասած՝ արդարացրել են Նարեկին։
Նարեկն այս գործով անազատության մեջ է գտնվել 3 ամիս, որից երկուս ու կես ամիսը՝ բանտային, մնացածը՝ տնային կալանքի ներքո։
Իհարկե, այս գործը ընդհանրապես չպետք է «ծնվեր», առավել ևս՝ բոլոր գրված ու չգրված օրենքներով՝ Նարեկը չպետք է բանտարկվեր (բանտարկողը Մասիվի դատավոր Մանվել Շահվերդյանն էր, որին՝ «ջերմ ողջույններ»): Բայց դե՝ այս պահին ավելի էական է այն, որ քննիչն ու դատախազը, ԻՐԵՆՑ ԻՍԿ ՆԱԽԱՁԵՌՆՈՒԹՅԱՄԲ, արդարացրել են Նարեկին։ Չէ՞ որ կարող էին գործն ուղարկել դատարան ու ամիսներ շարունակ մեզ տանել-բերել։
Վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ՝ ցանկացած քննիչի ու դատախազի համար շատ ուրախալի է անձի իրավունքը վերականգնող լիարժեք օրինական որոշում կայացնելը, այն էլ՝ սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ։ Դա՛ է պատճառը որ ես նախընտրում եմ, որ քննիչ-դատախազները ողջամիտ ժամկետում զրկված չլինեն այդ հնարավորությունից։
Բայց մեկ այլ արցախցու՝ Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Սարգսյանի մասով, ցավոք, ողջամիտ ժամկետն արդեն անցնում է, իսկ արդար որոշումը՝ չկա ու չկա։ Ավելին՝ պարոն Սարգսյանը փաստացի «կիսատնային կալանքի» տակ է՝ ամիսներ շարունակ նա 19:00-7:00-ը պետք է տնից դուրս չգա։ Ուստի ստիպված եմ միջնորդություն ներկայացնել՝ գոնե այդ պատժողական միջոցը վերացնելու մասին։
Դավիթ Սարգսյանի գործին ավելի մանրամասն կանդրադառնամ այսօր կեսօրից հետո՝ «լայվով»։ Իսկ այժմ ինձ մնում է շնորհակալություն հայտնել փաստաբաններ, իմ սիրելի ուսանողներ Լուսինե Հովհաննիսյանին ու Մարտիկ Մարտիրոսյանին, որոնք իմ խնդրանքով հունիսի սկզբին pro bono միացան Նարեկ Թևոսյանի պաշտպանական թիմին ու մեծ գործ կատարեցին»։
